To be honest i am surprised the appointment went ahead, given the circumstances - so a special credit should be given to Liezel for coming at all. She was quite frightened when a couple more loud bags were heard above, so she should be applauded for still doing her job. I would politely suggest the company considers suspending their services until we have more certainty on travel and work; there is no way that this is an essential service and your staff’s physical and mental wellbeing should be carefully considered.
