I would like to clarify that there was a misunderstanding regarding my previous complaint. The only issue was that I was unable to reach Mr. Aqeel at that time, as I was not aware that he was unwell. He has since visited, inspected the work, and explained the required approvals and materials, which are currently delayed due to Ramadan. He has assured me that he will remain in contact until everything is completed. I would like to confirm that I have no complaint regarding the quality of his work or his professionalism. Mr. Aqeel is very committed, and the earlier matter was simply a communication issue due to circumstances beyond his control.
