I had 5 offers from movers and move hub was the most expensive. However, I felt after meeting their salesman that they would provide a very good service so I selected them instead of the much less expensive options.
The move was unorganized and messy, they even left bottles of empty water in the lawn. Most electrics weren’t out back right. In general, very disappointing

Moving is never easy and can be quite stressful but when I selected MoveHub, I thought I had selected quality and efficiency. I was so wrong. What was a simple task became a battle. Battle with their team leader which wanted to do things his way n only his way. No number on the boxes, all left the house without control as I was alone to handle. Truck charged with no logic.

Unfortunately they grossly underestimated the job and what was supposed to be a one day move took 2 entire days, although on the second day rather than being a full team they were just 2 guys, dragging out the agony.
The team however were polite and professional and the handy man was excellent.

The boys came at 8.30, the supervisor inquired about stuff to be packed and briefed the team of 8. "Pathetic service and regret choosing over other companies"
Sometimes you take a decision and regret the decision whole life and choosing TWIGA MOVERS and PACKERS (Twiga Freight Services LLC) for relocating my stuff from Dubai to Goa would be the biggest and costliest mistake of my life. When they call you and assure you of the best service it's an absolute lie. Outright unprofessional and have the worst local agents in India. Don't even consider the quotes.

We used Twiga removalists to move from the Marina to Arabian Ranches. They arrived at 8am and they were finished by 6pm. Everything was packed and unpacked, except the kitchen. As advice, empty your bins and wrap bathroom things you don't want touching anything else.

I have loads of stuff and furniture, moved from a 2 bedroom plus maid to a 5 bedroom penthouse and I had enough to fill 4 rooms. I have 2 huge aquariums, one which costs over 20,000 aed. Loads of crystal items and small fragile items from all over the world. Not something money could replace. I told Tarun, i'd have his head if anything was broken, and in all honesty I did expect a few losses. So imagine my utter surprise when not only nothing was broken, nor damaged one bit in the move!!!

We moved from Umm Suqeim to Al Safa. As agreed move took two days and finished timely. Team has properly packed our goods and handled with care. They are very capable in furniture assembly and fixing. All white goods were setup so well we did not call an electrician. All requests were positively taken. Their insurance rates are reasonable unlike most others who overcharge. Fully satisfied.

I had the best interaction with the sales staff but that was unfortunately short lived. We booked the move with storage for 2 months. When we got our belongings, a few things had been damaged, our dishwasher had scratches and dents that somehow rusted over 2months, one of our lamps were broken, our vacuum cleaner pipe was kinked and our bed frame was broken. Still waiting to hear from the management

MoveSouq sent me three people to quote. Two turned up, one didn't and of the two that turned up only one quoted. Twiga were competitively priced. I have moved with better but I know people who have had worse. They didn't break anything and they were polite, could have been a bit quicker (we were still unpacking at 8pm and didn't get everything done). But everything arrived in one piece

I booked my moving services with Twiga based on Twiga's standings and reputation in the market in addition to some positive reviews on MoveSouq. Accordingly, I accepted to pay a higher premium compared to other movers. However, at the move date, they outsourced the service to another tier 3 movers.
So basically, Twiga utilized their name & reviews to get me pay them a lot, outsourced the function to a cheap, 3rd tier company & kept the difference.
They even made me pay them half of the quotation value before providing the service, which is basically their commission for a job not done.
In a nutshell, avoid dealing with them.

One of their staff gave a call half an hour before arriving and they showed up exactly on time. They used clean papers and bubble plastic sheets more than enough. They came on time and packed everything very quickly. We had to insist on some protection for certain items but they were nice and listened. On the other end was not so impressive. They had not made a record of where things were before, so everything was just dumped into cupboards. No logic or care taken. By the end of it they were extremely tired and almost throwing things for example empty utensils in fridge.

The crew showed up on time despite the rain.They were polite and professional throughout the entire process.Crew leader determined that our furniture legs needed felt pads to protect the hardwood floors.They placed the pads on the bottom of every piece of furniture and still finished ahead of schedule.They did not scratch a wall nor did they damage a single item. I would strongly recommend them!
