Not professional packing, just filling up the boxes with everything that was in hand. I had difficulty in unpacking and finding my stuff. I found 2 potatoes in the middle of my kitchen stuff! just dropped it inside no attention what it is, they just wanted to pack as fast as possible without any care, not happy not recommended!

I had 5 offers from movers and move hub was the most expensive. However, I felt after meeting their salesman that they would provide a very good service so I selected them instead of the much less expensive options. The move was unorganized and messy, they even left bottles of empty water in the lawn. Most electrics weren’t out back right. In general, very disappointing

We moved within Arabian Ranches in a larger 3 bedroom villa. Team were very well organised on the day and also provided boxes and bubble wrap a day in advance for personal items. The next day frames and light fixtures were installed. No breakages and everything was well packed and labelled.

We were done by around 5PM, which was way better than what we had expected. We didn't even feel the pain of moving at all. "When a simple move become a total disaster"

Moving is never easy and can be quite stressful but when I selected MoveHub, I thought I had selected quality and efficiency. I was so wrong. What was a simple task became a battle. Battle with their team leader which wanted to do things his way n only his way. No number on the boxes, all left the house without control as I was alone to handle. Truck charged with no logic.

The price quote was competitive and the salesperson professional hence I selected MoveHub. Unfortunately they grossly underestimated the job and what was supposed to be a one day move took 2 entire days, although on the second day rather than being a full team they were just 2 guys, dragging out the agony. I had requested for a handyman as well who put up one of my TV's on the wall. I asked him multiple times if he knew what he was doing and he assured me he had done this before as well. The communication prior to the move was quite good apart from the lack of receipt given for the down payment which later caused some issues with the final bill. The movers were very fast but unfortunately they did not understand what needed to be done, were very careless with our items resulting in multiple damages and broken items and lastly forgot one full cabinet full of items in the old home.

The staff were very diligent in separating the items and making sure the right items went to the right location. The level of packing was very good and our items were well protected for the move. Rating of 4.3/5 is not correct due to bad service. I selected Twiga based in the rating and testimonials on Service Market though they were most expensive quote I received as I wanted quality. They broke 2 new chandeliers, they misplaced items in different rooms, TV cables were in 3 different boxes, same person packed toilet stuff then kids toys without washing hands, and worst they dumped my suits & shirts in a small box causing serious wrinkles.

It seemed as though Twiga used adhoc stuff for our move. They realized it was a 2 day move, but we're not very efficient in doing the move to the extent that the 2nd day was done in a rushed. In this process, they broke handles, chipped furniture, left items behind and damaged goods. These were brought to their notice immediately but to date they haven't had the courtesy to respond. AVOID USING THEM...

The boys came at 8.30, the supervisor inquired about stuff to be packed and briefed the team of 8. Before I even knew it my 3 bhk house was packed and ready to be loaded at 12.30pm while I sat at my neighbors house having coffee. Super amazed!!!! By 1.30 pm they were unpacking at my new house and not a single scratch on any of my belongings. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Despite some issues which included getting access to the gated community that we moved to, the team remained calm and supportive and worked hard to make sure that we got everything we needed. The job was complicated by the fact that we split the move into, part new house and part storage. The segregation was done very well and allowed us to settle quickly into our new location.

The team was on time they arrived and started directly. There was a supervisor that was making sure everything was handled with care. The 2 bedroom apartment was cleared and relocated in the same day. The team even emptied my kitchen appliances. There was no damage to my belongings. I'm extremely satisfied with the work especially that I have 2 small children and they made the move so easy for us.

"Pathetic service and regret choosing over other companies"

Sometimes you take a decision and regret the decision whole life and choosing TWIGA MOVERS and PACKERS (Twiga Freight Services LLC) for relocating my stuff from Dubai to Goa would be the biggest and costliest mistake of my life. When they call you and assure you of the best service it's an absolute lie. Outright unprofessional and have the worst local agents in India. Don't even consider the quotes.

"Easy and stress free"

We used Twiga removalists to move from the Marina to Arabian Ranches. They arrived at 8am and they were finished by 6pm. Everything was packed and unpacked, except the kitchen. They were quick, professional and everything was wrapped and protected to a high standard. Each room, everything they see is packed. As advice, empty your bins and wrap bathroom things you don't want touching anything else.

Twiga packed our things up and held them in their storage for two months. They were extremely thorough in wrapping and packing. Every piece of furniture was place in a custom box. When we returned from a long overseas visit they delivered everything in perfect shape. All the workers were courteous and hard working. Great experience!

We have moved many times in the past 10 years, but never experienced such friendly efficiency! Within 2 days we had a 5 bedroom house all packed and unpacked again in the new location. We even slept at the new house already the first night! The team of movers showed great care for all our items, nothing got broken and they helped unpack and cleaned up nicely after themselves. We are very happy with Twiga and highly recommend them.

We hired Twiga to move from one apartment to another in Dubai. Even though they were not the cheapest company on offer, we decided to go by them because they had the highest rating in movesouq.com. They were coming in time in the morning, brought enough workers to carry out the task, which is something other companies lack. They did a good job with packing all our belongings and left everything neat and tidy afterwards. They unpacked everything in the new apartment and carried out the handyman tasks we required. We were very happy in overall with them and will recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

The overall move went very well. The team arrived perfectly on time and everything was packed with care and professionalism. They stored everything, including both furniture and appliances, for a month and then when they came to deliver it to the new home everything was in perfect conditions. They rebuilt all furniture without problems and there was not a single problem. They cleaned all the trash when leaving as well, so it was really a smooth experience.

Must say, each and every member of the team knows how to deliver the best. Basics were perfect: The team was on my doorstep exactly at the given time and they called me 15 minutes before their arrival. From packaging to the numbering of boxes, every step was thoughtful. The discipline was best you can expect from the staff. The staff is very careful about liking and dislikings of a house occupant. End to end service is available. Owners are very intelligent and have a deep knowledge about their field.

"Professional, Pleasurable and Perfection "

I had 5 companies come and look at my apartment before I decided on Twiga movers. I had cheaper companies and one which was priced higher. Reading their reviews also pushed me towards choosing them. Tarun was very very honest and professional. Not something that I expected here in Dubai, at least not to this extent. I have loads of stuff and furniture, moved from a 2 bedroom plus maid to a 5 bedroom penthouse and I had enough to fill 4 rooms. I have 2 huge aquariums, one which costs over 20,000 aed. Loads of crystal items and small fragile items from all over the world. Not something money could replace. I told Tarun, i'd have his head if anything was broken, and in all honesty I did expect a few losses. So imagine my utter surprise when not only nothing was broken, nor damaged one bit in the move!!!

"Very poor and un-professional "

1-they came 1:45 hours late. 2-three kitchen items was broken. 3-they missed some items in my old apartment parking. 4-some dents in fridge, a scratches on baby bed, wooden drawers and small side table. 5-didn't fixed bed properly so it had broken while I am sleeping in the first day. 6-didn't fix all curtain and didn't open all boxes as they were late in the morning.

We moved from Umm Suqeim to Al Safa. As agreed move took two days and finished timely. Team has properly packed our goods and handled with care. They are very capable in furniture assembly and fixing. All white goods were setup so well we did not call an electrician. All requests were positively taken. Their insurance rates are reasonable unlike most others who overcharge. Fully satisfied.

"Don't judge a book by its cover"

I had the best interaction with the sales staff but that was unfortunately short lived. We booked the move with storage for 2 months. When we got our belongings, a few things had been damaged, our dishwasher had scratches and dents that somehow rusted over 2months, one of our lamps were broken, our vacuum cleaner pipe was kinked and our bed frame was broken. Still waiting to hear from the management

MoveSouq sent me three people to quote. Two turned up, one didn't and of the two that turned up only one quoted. Twiga were competitively priced. I have moved with better but I know people who have had worse. They didn't break anything and they were polite, could have been a bit quicker (we were still unpacking at 8pm and didn't get everything done). But everything arrived in one piece

"Incorrect Advertising & Marketing"

These people are misleading and falsely marketed a service that they did not provide. I booked my moving services with Twiga based on Twiga's standings and reputation in the market in addition to some positive reviews on MoveSouq. Accordingly, I accepted to pay a higher premium compared to other movers. However, at the move date, they outsourced the service to another tier 3 movers. So basically, Twiga utilized their name & reviews to get me pay them a lot, outsourced the function to a cheap, 3rd tier company & kept the difference. They even made me pay them half of the quotation value before providing the service, which is basically their commission for a job not done. In a nutshell, avoid dealing with them.

I chose Twiga because they were the only company that would not give a quotation until they had made a survey. On the morning of the move the team arrived early and got straight on with the job. Only a small delay caused by a vehicle problem has prevented me from giving 5 stars. Despite this, they still finished well ahead of schedule and moved everything without any damage. Good team.

I guess most of companies don't want to take job on a Friday but this company simply picked up Friday before I mentioned it. One of their staff gave a call half an hour before arriving and they showed up exactly on time. They used clean papers and bubble plastic sheets more than enough. Worked hard all day long even if it was day time of Ramadan in summer. I want to give them 5 stars.

Twiga movers were very helpful. They packed everything as it was quickly and securely and unpacked it just the same. Our big wood table wouldn't fit in the elevator and they even carried it 15 floors up to our apartment. I was very impressed and grateful for these guys and would definitely use them again.

I was promised that everything will be done in 1 day. Which included unpacking all cartons, hanging curtains paintings everything. Work was not completed in 2 days also. Broke my 3 lamps. Scratched my floor. Stained my wall. Left most of the boxes unopened, ruined my leather trolley, lost the wheels, promised me they will replace and took extra money to buy new but never got back.

Front office was fantastic. Very professional and pleasure to work with. Professional packing job was good. Unpacking and set up was very poor. Had to make an extra trip because they forgot items. Not worth paying a premium for and definitely felt like i overpaid for the service i was delivered. Handyman service the next day was great though.

"Started well, did not end well"

They came on time and packed everything very quickly. We had to insist on some protection for certain items but they were nice and listened. On the other end was not so impressive. They had not made a record of where things were before, so everything was just dumped into cupboards. No logic or care taken. A few items were broken, which we are still waiting for them to come and fix.

"Tall promise not backed by actions"

Staff was extremely quick in packing. In fact so engrossed in packing that they packed clean clothes with dirty bathmats, reused boxes which had dust and we needed to dry clean almost everything. Also damaged Vacuum Cleaner. Could not fix home theater stating that they are not sure how to fix it. By the end of it they were extremely tired and almost throwing things for example empty utensils in fridge.

Job: Packing and storing a 2 bed villa in Springs. They came on time, 8 workers. Had an English speaker with whom i was able to communicate. Handled every piece of furniture very well, they even used extra packaging material for fragile items. The workers are friendly, helpful and hardworking. Their lunch break was for 30 minutes, so they did not waste time. All this at a competitive price

The movers were punctual for the quotation meeting and the on the move day. They provided all the required documents for the security gate in my community before the move day as well. As for the move it was brilliant. Nothing was broken. Everything was moved and furniture rebuilt in place at the new house before 2pm. Very impressive considering it was two trips of a large van. Top job!

The twiga team arrived one hour earlier then expected and immediately started to pack and dismantled the furniture. I moved from 1 bedroom apartment, and at 3 pm I already had all my stuff in the new apartment and the furniture reassembled. They also fixed some new furniture I bought. The crew showed up on time despite the rain.They were polite and professional throughout the entire process.Crew leader determined that our furniture legs needed felt pads to protect the hardwood floors.They placed the pads on the bottom of every piece of furniture and still finished ahead of schedule.They did not scratch a wall nor did they damage a single item.
