The staff was so friendly and at first, I was happy with their handywork, but 10 days later, the curtains are falling off and the frames on the wall too. This is due to poor quality nails and fixings, they did not have the right equipment to do the job properly. They also did not finish as they didn't have the correct nails and screws.

Moving team (8 initially) came in on time on the appointed day. They were very professional and extremely polite. The move was completed in a day (other companies had quoted nearly double and 2 days) and no items were damaged. I strongly recommend using them!

I have never used movers before because I thought it was a waste of money. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the quoting stage till the end of the move, I cannot fault a thing. Last time I move with them they broke my lamp. Overcharging and rude and sarcastic. I wanted to keep the screws from my TV bracket and he said no need when I insisted they laughed at me. They were extremely noisy and disturbed my neighbors. The wastage of tape and paper was beyond your belief.

We hired their services for over a course of 2 days, the first day for packing and the 2nd day for loading, both days went by smoothly, they were more than helpful in all ways possible, good packing materials were used and they just about packed everything into the container

They provided a good service. They were on time. They packed everything well. There was one glass broke which is normal for moving, very minor issue. They did it quickly and efficiently. However, their prices is a bit high though, that's something that can be worked out.

PM was very good in the beginning.
Manager called and suggested to visit us to offer better price. He came and gave a lot of valuable advices and seem very professional. He promised to move everything and put down/up pictures, curtains etc.
Based on reviews I saw that movers not handling clothes and electronics properly. True! They wrapped a cloth and curtains around and throw it on the floor and dumped it in the boxes.
They do not have professional packing material. I bought them bubble plastic, but they insisted to use their blankets, that has been used so many times.
They damaged the dining table and cabinets. Thier manager claimed that he will compensate it, but after the move he said that we should buy extra insurance from him! And he did not put up curtains as he promised.
So my advice, put everything writing with him! I would say that crew is nice, dressed up in uniform. I asked them to take a shower before coming.

I selected PM Movers because they gave me the cheapest price. During the move, they were half hour late and they just sent 3-4 staff which made it really frustrating. We were moving from a 3 Bedroom Villa and they only sent few guys. The big plants that were shifted were damaged. When we got to the location, they did not unpack my items, they just left them. They did not mention that the unpacking was not included on their quote. We were really disappointed.

20k Sofas were torn and damaged, our TV was transported without any covers and arrived with all scratches, our curtains were dumped in a box.
The move bought my wife to tears. Everything was just DUMPED in every corner possible. The guys who came to help were not even from the company and were hired laborers. Upon the shock, when we confronted the foreman, we were told 'this is acceptable standards' and we should have insured our sofas!! We have to spend at least a month and a lot of money to sort our home again thanks to these guys.

I had a very pleasant experience with PM movers. I booked very last minute and they were very accommodating. They packed all my stuff very carefully and didn't break anything. The only negative feedback would be that they kept asking if they could leave before the work was actually done. They weren't very detail oriented and cut some corners. Overall all, I was happy with their packing etc but it was a little annoying that I kept having to remind them to pack certain things in my apt. After they left I realized that they missed somethings and had to pack them myself the next day.

"Very good service (with a couple hiccups)"
We used PM to pack our things, put into storage, and fix up the apartment for handover to landlord (repairing walls, re-painting). On the whole, the service was very good. The packing team, especially the head guy, was very professional and their packing of items and furniture was meticulous. This meant it went a bit slower than expected, but that was a fine trade-off for the careful packing job.
The contractors did a good job as well, however they initially started painting the place off-white when I had requested white, so that entailed a delay of about 30 minutes while they went out to buy more paint.
After negotiating with six or seven companies, PM was willing to offer the lowest price, so on the whole we were very pleased.

"Good discount never makes the best service"
This moving company made a good first impression when their rep came over to assess the volume. After calculation was done I was not happy with the price and negotiated 30% discount. But on the moving day i faced the consequences of this discount. There were only 4 guys packing up my stuff ( supposed to be 6-7). They were done packing after 6 hours although 6-7 guys could do it in 3-4 hours. They had only one guy for assembling/dissembling furniture which took the major time while unpacking.

The surveyor inspected our 2bedroom apartment in 2 mins, just briefly looking around, not taking notes, no communication. Looked around and gave immediate quotation of 1900dhs, and mentioned no insurance provided by local movers. Very direct and willing to inquire our needs. We were expected to give him a yes or no answer at that moment! Not recommending this company to anyone.
