"Poor Service Quality"
I booked my move with “Pack n Move”. They over promised and under delivered! The team were rude! Raised their voices at us and did not care about our belongings!! We were told you have to do nothing.. In the end we had to book at a hotel leave the nanny with the kids and go back to the house till 3am to clean up the mess!! When they realized they won’t finish they started dumping things everywhere

Ali from PM Movers was very professional in his approach and gave a very competitive quotation. I also ended up doing the move out house painting as well as engaging the handyman for the day to get my lights and fixtures done. All items were packed neatly and labeled. The team took extra care of glass and crockery. All items were duly placed in the new house. No damages, very efficiently done!!

The staff was so friendly and at first, I was happy with their handywork, but 10 days later, the curtains are falling off and the frames on the wall too. This is due to poor quality nails and fixings, they did not have the right equipment to do the job properly. They also did not finish as they didn't have the correct nails and screws.

The team came in and worked very hard and very effectively on my 3 bed move. They wrapped and packed very quickly and carefully, disassembled beds etc - did it all. They shifted it out and into my new place with great care but with no hanging around. Everything was unpacked and reassembled well and in the correct places. An excellent team.

Mr. Ali gave me a good price for our local move and on short notice too. I contacted ServiceMarket on Wed night and got me in touch with Mr. Ali on Thurs who agreed to do the move on Sat. We’re very satisfied with their service and the way they packed our belongings. The moving team came on time and completed the work in a few hours with no damages in any of our things.

Cheap and poor service as expected! They lost items and don't accept it, one cabinet full with food disappeared! Apart from 1 guy in the team nobody was speaking English, and that guy was quite bad as well with the communication skills! One person came with no ID and created trouble with the security! So I can easily say don't use them!

Used PM yesterday based on reviews and I trust service market vendors. Big disappointment.
1- supposed to start at 8:30 they came 10:15
2- only 2 of team wearing uniform
3- 7 instead of 8 as agreed
4- truck didn't reach till noon, open not closed as agreed
6- SMOKING during loading offloading
7- several kitchen items were broken
8- fridge full of scratch and hits
9- VERY UNPROFESSIONAL UNPACKING

Contacted quite at short notice Mr. Ali who came by immediately to survey my house. Quote was immediately provided and extremely competitive. Moving team (8 initially) came in on time on the appointed day. They were very professional and extremely polite. The move was completed in a day (other companies had quoted nearly double and 2 days) and no items were damaged. I strongly recommend using them!

I have never used movers before because I thought it was a waste of money. I couldn't have been more wrong. From the quoting stage till the end of the move, I cannot fault a thing. They arrived a little early on moving day and were finished by 4:30 pm with packing, moving and rebuilding everything. Nothing was broken or damaged. The staff were neat, friendly and very helpful.

After the deal done he want to take money as he did not know it is move from Dubai to Abu dhabi even it is mention and after he discover I am not paying extra his people start assemble my furniture in a bad way. Made me get help from outside to fix the furniture in the right way and makes me pay extra money to solve the issue bad I don't recommended for anyone else.

We got PM to do our move from Meadows to Knowledge Village. They did a fantastic job with the packing, moving, and unpacking. They even re-visted our new place to touch up some walls which got scratched (minor) during the move.
I also had them paint our old Villa and they did a terrific job.
I will use them again without a doubt.

Last time I move with them they broke my lamp. Overcharging and rude and sarcastic. I wanted to keep the screws from my TV bracket and he said no need when I insisted they laughed at me. They were extremely noisy and disturbed my neighbors. The wastage of tape and paper was beyond your belief.

We hired their services for over a course of 2 days, the first day for packing and the 2nd day for loading, both days went by smoothly, they were more than helpful in all ways possible, good packing materials were used and they just about packed everything into the container

Within 30 mins of sending an email request we were already visited by Mr. Ali, who offered us very good deal.
We were in a hurry and had to move out in 2 days. Everything went smoothly, on time.
The crew (7 or 8) was excellent and super fast. They took very good care of our belongings, there was no single scratch.

Before the move we read a lot of reviews
PM was very good in the beginning.
Manager called and suggested to visit us to offer better price. He came and gave a lot of valuable advices and seem very professional. He promised to move everything and put down/up pictures, curtains etc.
Based on reviews I saw that movers not handling clothes and electronics properly. True! They wrapped a cloth and curtains around and throw it on the floor and dumped it in the boxes.
They do not have professional packing material. I bought them bubble plastic, but they insisted to use their blankets, that has been used so many times.
They damaged the dining table and cabinets. Thier manager claimed that he will compensate it, but after the move he said that we should buy extra insurance from him! And he did not put up curtains as he promised.
So my advice, put everything writing with him! I would say that crew is nice, dressed up in uniform. I asked them to take a shower before coming.

Their offer was the highest in cost among the three quotes I received. However, and for quality sake I picked them.
The whole move took longer than expected due to unpreparedness on their side. We had to wait for over three hours for them to bring the long cartons for the hanging clothes. Also refixing the furniture wasn't handled by professionals.

I needed a moving company urgently, good thing I found MoveSouq , talked to a very nice lady who found me one company available on my moving date. They offered a good price, though it was a move on the weekend, arrived with 4 people and put everything in boxes. It was a very clean and smooth move. I was very happy with their service.

They took care in packing our items, especially the fragile ones. Not a single item was damaged or missing. Prior to packing, they notified me if the items have cracks so I had no issues at the end. They assembled the items properly. They were tidy and professional as well.

Everything started out well with things being carefully dismantled and boxed safely.

I selected PM Movers because they gave me the cheapest price. During the move, they were half hour late and they just sent 3-4 staff which made it really frustrating. We were moving from a 3 Bedroom Villa and they only sent few guys. The big plants that were shifted were damaged. When we got to the location, they did not unpack my items, they just left them. They did not mention that the unpacking was not included on their quote. We were really disappointed.

"Very poor experience"
20k Sofas were torn and damaged, our TV was transported without any covers and arrived with all scratches, our curtains were dumped in a box.
The move bought my wife to tears. Everything was just DUMPED in every corner possible. The guys who came to help were not even from the company and were hired laborers. Upon the shock, when we confronted the foreman, we were told 'this is acceptable standards' and we should have insured our sofas!! We have to spend at least a month and a lot of money to sort our home again thanks to these guys.

I had a very pleasant experience with PM movers. I booked very last minute and they were very accommodating. They packed all my stuff very carefully and didn't break anything. The only negative feedback would be that they kept asking if they could leave before the work was actually done. They weren't very detail oriented and cut some corners. Overall all, I was happy with their packing etc but it was a little annoying that I kept having to remind them to pack certain things in my apt. After they left I realized that they missed somethings and had to pack them myself the next day.

"Very good service (with a couple hiccups)"
We used PM to pack our things, put into storage, and fix up the apartment for handover to landlord (repairing walls, re-painting). On the whole, the service was very good. The packing team, especially the head guy, was very professional and their packing of items and furniture was meticulous. This meant it went a bit slower than expected, but that was a fine trade-off for the careful packing job.
The contractors did a good job as well, however they initially started painting the place off-white when I had requested white, so that entailed a delay of about 30 minutes while they went out to buy more paint.
After negotiating with six or seven companies, PM was willing to offer the lowest price, so on the whole we were very pleased.

"Good discount never makes the best service"
This moving company made a good first impression when their rep came over to assess the volume. After calculation was done I was not happy with the price and negotiated 30% discount. But on the moving day i faced the consequences of this discount. There were only 4 guys packing up my stuff ( supposed to be 6-7). They were done packing after 6 hours although 6-7 guys could do it in 3-4 hours. They had only one guy for assembling/dissembling furniture which took the major time while unpacking.

The surveyor inspected our 2bedroom apartment in 2 mins, just briefly looking around, not taking notes, no communication. Looked around and gave immediate quotation of 1900dhs, and mentioned no insurance provided by local movers. Very direct and willing to inquire our needs. We were expected to give him a yes or no answer at that moment! Not recommending this company to anyone.
