"Expensive and Poor Service "

The technician came and gave the quote, there were wires for the lighting installation, but they said no, and told us the installation job very hard and need take two days to work. 11 ceiling lights installation charged us at AED1575, which the job just need 2-3 hours can be done. Finally, they used 4 hours for the lights installation and the painting delay to another few days… Too bad.

"Work not done diligently"

It's been just 2 days since they came here to do ac repair. I told them to check EVERYTHING that needs to be done so the ac problem will be solved. They check and said that only thermostat and another part need to be changed and the ac will cool again. Now it's just 2 days passed and ac is not cooling again. My only question is did they CHECK EVERYTHING just like an honest technician will do?

"Horrible Experience "

Had booked them for 2 days paint job even though they were more expensive then other companies. Broke my guest room bed on the 2nd day and did not even bother to tell me even though I was there the whole 2 days. Found out right after they left. Even some paint job was left which I had to point it out and still not done the way it should be. Not at all recommended.

"Dishonest and Terrible Service, Did not fix the problem and left the house very messy."

The AC's with problems were not fixed but I was told the problems were fixed. I told them it has not made a difference, they said wait 24 hours and it'll be fine. Obviously, it is not fine and I paid for nothing. Instead of fixing the problem like I had asked them, they just serviced the AC's and told me everything is fine. Will never deal with them again and certainly would not recommend them.

"AC Cleaning"

Arrangement was to come for a survey. They started to clean without notice. We negotiated on a normal price but the way of this business is not okay. They worked without gloves so their fingerprints will with us until next painting.

Yannco did a very good job. Mr. Mohammad Ali managed the quotation process very swiftly and professionally. Quotation was competitive and won the contract. Team was very polite and punctual. Completed their work as committed within the agreed time frame. Cleaned the place thoroughly before leaving.

"Great job "

Had an entire 2 bed apartment repainted including one colour feature wall. They quoted a good price, turned up 30mins early, confirmed exactly what I wanted done, took care in ensuring all furniture etc was carefully moved and covered and got the job done in good time. Extremely professional and did a great job. Would have given them 5* but have since found a few areas where the paint has spilt on the floor and not been cleaned up properly.

"Fantastic job"

They did a fantastic job; they did some paintings and moving of my 3 luggage's and I couldn't think of anything that could have done better because there are lots of people that will give you headache but they are just very good. The quality of the job was excellent.

They did what needs to be done, they did painting and some plumbing works. They didn't execute the plumbing job perfectly but they send their staff to rectify the issue. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. In fact I already recommended them to some of my friends.
