"Not reliable "

I booked at home PCR for 3pm. No one showed up. Called at 3:15. Apparently they couldn't find a nurse to come and didn't bother to inform me. Re-booked me for 5pm to 6pm. At 6:30 still no one showed up, I called and canceled. A apparent nurse manager called back and said she could get a nurse to me in 30 min and would fast tract my results so I get them by 9am. It's now 9:30am. No results.
