- They were right on time;
- The team managed different parts of the house in a calm manner whilst ensuring all items are handled with care;

Hi everyone, we have had an absolutely brilliant experience moving our home with ALT Movers! The team led by Mr. Khalid was polite, efficient, helpful, patient, and fast in fact super fast (they walked in at 07:55 am sharp and we were done packing at 12:00 pm. 1.5 hour loading time and posted their lunch were at our new premises at 03:00 pm . It was a wrap at 06:00 pm). In the past 15 years, we have used 4 other companies in our home moves and if we could go back in time, we would only use ALT Movers! Kudos to Mr. Khalid and his team and we wish them all the very best of luck in the future!

They were quick but since we couldn't oversee all the work, we noticed some minor issues later when we were unpacking. We informed them and they came back and fixed all at no extra charge! They came with 6 people, however within 30 mins one guy left and never came back until 7pm.-They left my boxes in sun for almost 1.5 hrs because they took the truck away somewhere, had to wait until it returned -the sales lady said they will come with 2 trucks, but they lied, they had only one truck-they broke Lot of stuffs, but many of those they covered it by tape so that I don't catch it.

Terrible attitude - were reluctant to bubble wrap or dismantle furniture. Ran out of bubblewrap and cartons. Damage and scratches to furniture and freshly painted walls. Careless attitude towards moving things carefully. Broke things -claimed it was already broken.

The competitive price that we gave you for moving your 2 rooms in one day and we came on time. We could not use the bubble wrap for all your stuff due to giving you a very good price, although most of the Moving Company here in UAE used blankets for the big items like sofa and other big stuff ; and only a few cartons were missing to finish the packing of your things but the company provide it immediately. And for the little scratch on the wall not only the ALT MOVERS but anyone can make unintentionally mistake, your sofa was very hard to put inside due to the size but still the team did their best; and we send our team for the next day to help you to finish the remaining stuff without any extra charge.
We do not post this response to your complaint to defend our side and say that we are right, there is no right and wrong but we believe that for all these complaints, we still did our best for your moving, mistakes cannot be prevented because we are only human and we are still holding that 90 % of our costumes that we made their move smooth and a good service. We can provide numbers of our clients that were very happy on our service, if it is needed as a reference of our company and prove that we always do our job from our heart with a smile every day.
For us, it is not a complaint but a friendly comment for us to improve more on our skills and services for our future clients.

The men did a very good job today moving my stuff and reassembling them correctly in my new home.I had a very bad experience with another moving company that did everything wrong:the curtains,assembling furniture, broke the valve of my washing machine
But the men from ALT were great.They did everything i asked them in a professional way.minor mistakes that's why i rated 4 star.definitely recommend

This is an excellent moving company that I recommend to all my friends. The approach of the Sales lady, the competitive price, the proactive offer for pre-packing 1 day in advance (great option). The crew, calm collected, Mohamed was my son's best friend. He even took time to make special packing for whatever the kids asked. Wow. Special mention for box collection event after the move. Great!

We were delighted with the service from ALT Movers, both from the speed of initial contact and follow-up to the on-the-day execution. Everything was packed safely and moved promptly without any damage, even though we had some bulky, difficult-to-handle items. Also, excellent English spoken by the three supervisors. We'd definitely recommend ALT and will certainly use their services again.

Packing was okay but the disaster was the unpacking.
I picked this company assuming that since they are more expensive than the rest of the quotations i received, then they are better and more experienced. I was completely wrong since they damaged some of the furniture and obviously they are not experienced enough for the job. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"Less than ordinary experience"
I would not recommend using them if this is your first move (as was the case with me). There is no structure, planning or management of the move. More like walk in, start dumping into boxes what you spot, tape and go. An open top truck was arranged, with the cargo exposed to the sun for a few hrs. All indoor plants were similarly transported and arrived burnt crisp. i would skip them!

I also used their service for drilling and that went perfectly fine
However, to be improved:
They pack kitchen utensils, tools, plates in paper; so some got a little damaged
They forgot few cups at the flat (in high cabinet so we thought they were missing) so we had to go back there
Few stuff got broken but they fixed it whenever they could

I'm really glad I chose this company. They were efficient, considerate, careful and swift. We had some minor hiccups (the lift in the new building was too small, the security wouldn't reserve the lift for us) but the guys worked tirelessly to move, unpack and install everything. We have tons of stuff in our 2BR and we were given 10 guys. Perfect!

I think it's a medium range kind of quality service. They're really fast and professional for wrapping the stuff, but they're really weak in connecting home appliances and fixing curtains.

"Horrible experience"
Absolutely terrible experience! The movers were late 1 hour. It took them overall 12 hours to move few pieces of furniture from Jumeirah Late Towers to Jumeirah Village Circle.
This was after I have packed all the clothes and items from the closets in the boxes for them ! They were incredibly slow and not efficient at all.
I don't know what was the point of wrapping the furniture in a protective cloth as they damaged my closet and made the mattress dirty! It took them about 2 hours to put the bed together again.
I ordered the painting service as well and when I came the next day to check their work I was terrified. I took pictures and sent it to their sales representative what kind of awful job they did. A 5 year old child would do it better and I am not even joking. Terrible experience. Stay away from that company if you don't want to be as stressed as I was on the day of my moving. They are not moving company - they are just bunch of unprofessional people who decided to open a business like this without any competencies.

"Good team but not satisfied with the service"
they have a very decent team, they showed up at time as promised they started packing my stuff from the old place, but it took them long time to do so although they came one day before to do their survey. they are very very slow, I think out of the 4 guys came, only one of them whom I assume is the supervisor is the best the remaining 3 where actually moving around.
I was moving to another tower in the same street it took them from 8 am till 2 am and yet they didn't finish everything and wanted to leave without unpacking my staff from the boxes.
I would rate them 4 out of 10

Allow us to clarify that why our guys working is very slow because they go through basement 1 to reach lift it’s a long way by foot so it’s get a long time and the other big reason is the service lift is not available because the cleaning guys were using the lift they were collecting garbage from all the floors and the security guy asked them to wait in the basement until cleaning guys finished their work so our guys were waiting there 1 to1.30 hours and when they get lift then start the working.

They were not able to unpack cause they didn't label things properly and they lost power.
Failed to fix shelves back on the wall properly. An accident occurred due to their poor job quality where one shelf fell on me.

They arrived and started on time. Have high attention to details, especially to the items with existing scratches and damages before packing them up. All of my items were wrapped professionally. My fridge, washing machine and mattress were wrapped with plastic wrapper. My furniture were wrapped with cloth to prevent scratches. They dismantled my beds and put it back together without any problems. They have done a great job and I am very satisfied with their services. Me and my wife gave them an extra tip for their services
