"Not worth the money"

The workers didn't turn up on time. The machine broke down couple of times, delayed the whole work by atleast an hour or more. I was informed that the foam wash will get dried up in 3 to 4 hours. Give it 8 more hours, my mattress and sofas were and are still wet, and the irritating smell of clorox and other chemicals were still on the bed. Are we expected to sleep on the floor, sit on the floor?

"Good job"

Good and polite staff. I dealt with Ahmed, extremely pleasant to talk to. Good knowledge and I requested fot steam and he agreed The process takes 3.5 hours (1 3seater ikea sofa bed and 1 kingsize matress) The staff were good honest and efficient. Just it gets messy because they need water for the product they use but its fine. Quality of cleaning is good also. I recommend this company

"End of lease cleaning "

I would really not recommend this company as I felt they did not clean well and are overpriced for what they provide. First, I got quoted 750 aed and at the end it turned out as 950 and the oven was not properly cleaned and neither the balcony as well as some other things. Then I was asked to send the money to a personal bank account which I found very unprofessional.

"Very bad quality"

I have booked the most expensive deep cleaning service thinking it will be fast and perfect but the result was very disappointing! The steaming machine was not done everywhere as agreed and had to hire another company to do it again.
