Bridgeway Relocations

I really don't want to waste any of my time writing this review, but a lot of other people should know that dealing with Bridgeway is nothing short of a major headache. Please note that whatever they do promise in terms of service, including customer service, is quite frankly terrible and they almost don't bother calling you, replying to your emails or even notifying you something goes wrong.

I have received my shipment today. Just want to share some experience with all of you: Abu Dhabi Handling: 1) Handling of goods in Abu Dhabi was an extraordinary. 2) Staff behavior outstanding with dignity and honesty observed staff returned back my vallet with money. 3) packaging outstanding. 4) flexibility : outstanding 5) Calculation of CBM by George 100% correct and true representation.

I had a move from UAE to UK . Well experienced packers and customer service team helped smooth move.Thank you all

Since the start they have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with. Extremely helpful case worker, quick responses, flexible structure of the offer (exporting car and goods) and last but not least the team of packers who were amazing, so friendly, respectful and just a joy to have around. If the rest (shipment and delivery in Germany) goes just as well, I'm amazed. Thanks

Was great from start to finish, the guy who came for a visual appraisal was super professional and answered all my questions. Follow up was good, especially as importing regulations to UK have now all changed. Aziz and the team who came to actually do the packing were brilliant - so thoughtful, he even left an empty box to use as a table in our now empty home! Super caring and did go the extra mile.
