"Fantastic Service "

They arrived 10 minutes early and did all the prep work before starting the pest control. Also, all of them were informative and knew exactly what to do in each situation. They gave pre and post-maintenance methods which was excellent. I would totally recommend them for their amazing customer service!!!

highly NOT recommend this company. liars. denied giving the original price and inflated the quote. their price is way higher than others. was going to use their service due to good reviews but decided not to due to the above issue. how could you trust someone who lies? no thanks!

Very happy with the service provided by Concept Pest Control. The company rep was very polite and efficient. We had to get the service done twice as there was an issue the first time around. The company resolved it quickly, however, and absolutely free of cost. They do provide a repeat service within the first month in case the pest control isn't 100% effective. Totally recommend this company!!

This is the first time we've had to use a pest service since moving to Dubai and Concept were a great choice. They called to advise when to expect them and when they arrived they were very polite, professional and respectful of our home. Actually, I was impressed by showing up on time Full inspection for the villa before doing the control The agent Mr.Ajdit then started to do the full spray and gel control He gave me to report with what is done, type of insects found and further steps to maintain the control for the longest period. They are very professional and know what they are doing.

Requested a move in pest control and they gave me a great price! The guy was right on time, super efficient and fast. He explained everything he did and gave me some tips on how to avoid an infestation in the future. All in all, it was a great service that I would highly recommend!

Concept team visits our villa here in Dubai on a regular basis and we told them about a problem we had with carpenter ants. They went above and beyond to solve the problem by trying a couple of methods of getting the situation under control and came up with a solution that worked. The team were punctual, very professional, and experienced. They took their time to identify potential risk areas and infestations in the house and garden, applied the pesticides thoroughly, and took the time to point out structural flaws in the house which needed to be repaired to avoid the return of pests and advised on the need for a second round of spraying to break the pests' life cycle.

Came on short notice in a convenient time early morning before heading to work, they did a detailed search for remains of cockroaches. Applied odorless treatment and gel, gave detailed instructions on how to reduce the likelihood of more pests They also wrote me a detailed diagnosis report with solutions. My 1-bed apartment took 45 minutes to complete. Great job overall, highly recommended.
