"Simply the best! No Hassles and Quick Turn Around"
I recently moved from Dubai to Tokyo this Jan 2021 and had a hard time looking for a reliable service provider. I found DXI logistics here and had a great first impression from Gil Puno who took care of my request. Gil and the rest of DXI Logistics team are very responsive, transparent and very knowledgeable with the processes. I successfully got my packages in Japan with no issues! Kudos!

"Incredible service"
We spend 6 months searching for a moving company, we didn't just want cheap prices but with the World situation in 2020, we also needed someone flexible. With DXI Logistics we certainly got both.

"Very Professional, Highly Recommended"
DXI were superb. I had an unbelievably complicated move where we had two containers going to England and a similar amount to be put into storage in Dubai. Ross answered a particularly urgent email from me at 2am(!) and saved me many thousands of £s in tax. Thank you. DXI's staff were great and the combined cost of moving and AC storage was considerably better value than any competitor.

This company made moving a real ease, from getting the quote, organizing the documents then packing up my furniture and belongings carefully and efficiently. Excellent, Professional Service. Packing was amazing and entitled very little damages (almost none). Response was excellent and timely. Delivery was also as scheduled. Dubai service was much better than Montreal, although it was also good. The team followed up properly all along and responded clearly to my queries. I recommend them highly. I will choose them again for my next move.

"Very long delivery time"
When getting the quote, it was with estimated shipping process 8/10 weeks. Now the delivery is estimated to take 14 weeks. I would recommend this company to no one.

Dear Mr. Nielson,
Many thanks for your feedback and my apologies you feel our services have fallen short of expectation. I have had a look in to your case and found the following, your shipment is still within the allotted timeline advised by DXI Logistics, the issue we faced are a result of the waiting for our quota of volume in order to release your shipment.
Please note that we do highlight in our contract “DXI Logistics withholds the rights to dispatch your shipment according to our convenience or when we have enough volume for a full container. Groupage containers can take between 2 to 4 weeks for departure from origin after packing to one of the preferred ports of entry in the country of destination! Our move coordinators will inform and confirm the sailing details once the container is sufficiently full and ready to move. Till then your shipment will be safely stored in our warehouse pending for loading in case of any delay” This can be found under the notes section 5 on our contract, Groupage is the most cost effective way of shipping but in order for it to be effective, this means filling the container to its maximum capacity and can sometimes take time to do hence why we mention this on our contract – this time of 2/4 weeks is not included in the 9/10 weeks door to door mentioned on the contract since sales have no bearing on when containers will be released.
Taking the above in to consideration, we are around 1 week late with delivery which you have my sincerest apologies for. We endeavor to deliver shipments on time and without delay causing inconvenience.

"Expectations were high but the experience was really bad."
I was not happy b/c fewer than promised people arrived to pack, lack of clarity (70+ email exchanges) on the delivery date, not delivering on time (thus $$$ from my pocket), unethically requested for additional payment after I left the country (eventually waived after many emails), crockery items damaged - not well packed, read the fine print of the contract otherwise be ready for surprise!

Many thanks for taking the time to review your experience with DXI Logistics and my apologies you feel our service fell short of expectation.
I believe in the case of your removal there was a 1 week delay with the departure due to port congestion which we have no control over and cannot anticipate. Furthermore regarding the damages to your crockery, we pack all items to the best of our ability to ensure they are not damaged in transit but damages can & do happen, we would never shy away from this and do advise any expensive chinaware to be considered for air freight.
Finally, “additional charges” were due to a significant increase in volume which was not present on the day of the estimate. We do clearly highlight that final charges will be adjusted against the final volume & do not hide in any “small print”, our contract is very clear in the sense we ask you to sign each and every page of our contract in order to be clear & to ensure you have read the terms and conditions.
The reasoning for my waiving the charges was a gesture of goodwill since you had paid additionally for accommodation in the US due to delay but again I must emphasize DXI Logistics were not at fault for the delay in departure and this was due to the fact there was port congestion.

"Friendly, professional and efficient"
We have asked DXI logistics to move our home from Abu Dhabi in the UAE to Seville, Spain.
The preparation process (paperwork etc) was smooth, Handled by Izidora and Gil.
Packing was fast, although we could have prepared better by throwing away the things we did not want to take with us.
Shipping time was reasonable (21 days).
The customs and delivery process in Spain was smooth too.

From the UAE side the move was extremely well organized with continual updates regarding the progress as well as scheduling of all activities. Packaging was effective with all items arriving undamaged and in good order.
The South African experience was slightly less good due to regulatory issues and the delays imposed by them. Unpacking was quick and effective by the local company.

Ross was great from the get-go and very approachable with all our questions. We had to ship a car as well as they were able to sort things out. Move to the USA with a 40-ft. container was done in 2 days. The first day 7 guys, and the next 5.
I wish 7 guys were sent on day 2 because it made for a really long day for everyone, finishing at 8PM. Overall good job!!

Our teams are made up of 5 packers and 1 crew leader but on the first day we took the decision to send an additional 2 crew members in order to finish your packing smoothly on day 2, as we then loaded the container directly at your residence along with your car it may have seemed somewhat a longer day, this was simply down to the loaded process which would otherwise have taken place at the same timings in our warehouse, nonetheless we shall address this issue in order to improve our services for future relocations.

The service provider by DXI was top class. The communication from the office team was regular and consistent. The team that did the packing was amazing and worked very hard to get us packed and away within 8 hours. The only area I would suggest improvement would be with the local Irish partner who could have been a bit more communitive about progress with customs clearance.

"Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly team - So glad we chose DXI!"
We had a two bedroom villa full of our personal belongings to move from Dubai to Cyprus. Ross from DXI provided the lowest rate and assured us that we'll fit in a 20ft container (others tried to sell 40ft). During the 2 days of packing and loading, the team was excellent, efficient and very polite. Their local partner proved to be just as good. I strongly recommend DXI.

"DXI go the extra mile!"
My move was complex and involved a change of destination, change of date and a 7-tier chandelier that was hanging 25 feet in the air!! The team at DXI took it all in their stride. The packing process was well managed all 270+ boxes/items arrived safely in the UK! I would absolutely recommend DXI, they provide a friendly, efficient end-to-end service. "Unexpected delays"
We used DXI for an international move from Dubai. We were hit by unexpected delays & hidden costs:
-Container shipped a week later than promised. No explanation for the delay.
-DXI assured us that it would take ~10 days for container delivery, once it left Dubai. It took 20. Local partner was reactive and just wasted time
-On the receiving end there was an extra ~$1200 hidden fees

Dear Faisal & Maryam, Thank you for take the time to review our service. We appreciate customer feedback as we continuously look to improve our services. We apologize that you feel our services were not up to standard and that you incurred delays. Allow us to explain that in your case this happened because packing was complete on a date scheduled by yourselves and unfortunately we were unable to meet the sailing schedule (shipments have to be at port 4 days prior to departure for customs clearance and the next scheduled departure was 3 days from packing), this would have resulted in numerous days of detention charges in which we did not want therefore we arranged for the next shipment schedule which unfortunately brought some delay to your shipment but luckily at no extra cost. In terms of hidden costs, the costs that you incurred are listed on our exclusion section of the quotation signed by yourself. Customs and duties – Listed on our exclusions Demurrage & Detention – Listed on our exclusions .Unfortunately these charges were mainly incurred due to the late arrival of the original passport (required for customs clearance) which was a listed document requirement and this was advised before the shipment departure. Therefore we must state that these were not hidden and in fact mentioned on our “Exclusions” on our quotation, the reason these were not included is because these charges are not always incurred and therefore it would be unethical of us to charge them on the basis that they “may” be charged. As a result of your experience, we will always strive to make sure that our clients are aware of the additional charges as stated in our exclusions, and as we state through our offering email, “We ask you read the quotation carefully, taking note of the inclusions and exclusions of our services, please note that these may come at an additional cost to the amount shown, please also consider extra services can be applied but these may come at an additional cost to this quotation”, we can only apologize that these charges have been applied to you in this instance and we will continue to make sure that our clients are aware of possible extra charges so that this is avoided and does not happen in the future. We hope that we have addressed all your questions. Thank you for using our services, and apologies again for falling short of your expectations.

"Fast and Efficient"
This is an excellent company. They responded quickly to my questions and scheduled my move on the date requested.
The packers were on-time, quick and efficient. Everything was wrapped properly, boxed and ready to go in under an hour, and responded to specific requests.
The shipment was on its way on-time, and arrived in excellent shape. The company that delivered the shipment was also excellent and made communications promptly.
Ross and his people took excellent care of my household goods and make the move fast, efficient and painless. Thanks Guys!

"Happy, apart from some small things"
The team that did the packing and moving was amazing, very professional. Only thing which was less, was that they requested extra money when total volume significantly exceeded what they estimated (despite a surveyor coming to our house beforehand to make sure we would get an accurate estimation). However, when I complained about it, they were very professional to resolve it, which made the overall experience quite a good one. I will recommend this company.

"Exemplary customer service"
I recently shipped my belongings from Dubai to Nairobi. From the very beginning DXI Logistics were helpful and courteous competitively priced. They were on time to pack my belongings which in itself is a rare gift in Dubai.
But it is when my goods ran into some trouble with customs in Nairobi that they came to my help. At one point I did not believe that my goods were going to arrive at all, but DXI Logistics was an incredible help and went far beyond their duty and my expectations to get my goods released and delivered. Of the different people I dealt with, Jerry was calming, explained things to me and was always quick to reply to every one of my worrying e-mails.
The goods arrived and out of 25 boxes not a single items was broken or damaged, which is quite an achievement.
I truly believe that Jerry and his team at DXI Logistics care about what they do, and are aware that they are dealing with people's lives when moving personal belongings.
I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I wish their company all the best for the future.
