I went through the process to ship my furniture with an international shipping company to ship from Abu Dhabi to Bahrain. I selected Emirates Logistics for the one reason, which's that they can store my furniture in Bahrain and they charged me for packing, unpacking, storing, insurance and installation in Bahrain. The first annoying thing happened is when they stopped updating me when my furniture arrived in Bahrain. I received a call from someone in Bahrain asking me for my address to deliver the furniture. I had to explain to him that I had an agreement with Emirates Logistics to store my furniture in Bahrain until I rent a home. after a week, I needed some of my stuff, especially the smaller ones. Due to the lack of communication, I didn't have the contact number of the person in Bahrain who had my stuff. When I got it, he requested me to identify the items I didn't even have the items list Afterwards, they delivered the furniture, but it seems they did not bring all my items. They left many in Abu Dhabi

The team, the company sent was absolutely great. All neatly and professionally packed and dissembled then very carefully moved and installed back. The move planned for 1 day actually took 2 days but the cost remained the same. I highly recommend.

Overall we had a good moving experience.

Company is okay but response is delay

I am very satisfied with the house moving. They did it over 2 days as it was a villa shifting. All items were brought safely, on time and delivered as promised. Thank you to the entire team led by John.

Emirates Logistics have been very professional in their handling of our move form Meadows to Jumeirah Park at a very good price. No items were broken or missing. Their staff, from sales to handlers and handymen have been very nice and efficient. They were very accommodating to our requests and always with a smile. I recommend them with no hesitation.

Wow! This is my third move in the UAE and as with every move I was expecting there to be issues - packers not on time, delays, extra charges, new rules, more effort for us, unpacking left to us etc...NONE of that happened! None. Not a single thing! I am blown away. From the first estimate to the final cleaning being done - i couldn't have asked for a smoother, more efficient, more organised bunch!

The guys did a good job at packing . It was a move within the Greens area and the guys finished it in close to 5 hours. From packing to unpacking at the final destination. There were 5 guys. All in good clean appearance and they all knee what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to move in Dubai and I got very much value and price from Emirates Logistics. The move was smooth and on time. The staff was professional and friendly. They made extra effort to prevent any damage on the items. I definitely recommend their services.

Everything was very fast and efficient. All furniture stayed in a good shape. Tidying up afterwards however needs enhancement rather than just unpacking and scattering stuff around.

They stored all the catalogs and brochures in a very well maintained warehouse. It was just a short period, but it was a pleasant experience. Michelle was very helpful. They delivered the items on time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The service was quiet good, the only thing that upset me was when they told me they could not put up the TV and the curtains. After several phone calls to the boss they managed to do it. It would have been perfect. Over all, the move went well
