Very efficient and polite and great team overall.

I am happy to say that Interem's service was excellent. I was particularly impressed by their almost sculptural packing - molding the packaging around the shape of the object in order to protect it. The packers were fast, efficient and polite. Communication with the company was clear and efficient.

Only bad thing was it took time for them to send an invoice but nothing to complain other wise until now.

We moved recently from Dubai to Doha. We are currently expecting the shipment and were extremely happy with the service from Interem. The staff was on time, very professional, kind and hands on. They packed everything very thoroughly, made sure everything was accounted for and labeled correctly. I did also like that their working hours were fair which ensured a great service.

It was a very good experience, I really appreciate the service that they provided. The team was very organized and professional specially the team leader. Special thanks to Mr. Rajish who provided us a grate help and he was very cooperative. I advise everybody to use this company.

My experience started yesterday for the international move from Dubai to Doha. On time, very professional, organized, clean and presentable Interem team came to pack my furniture. The service was on time and well done. Now, I am hoping to have the same experience during the transportation and delivering the furniture in Doha. Experience to be continued....

Very happy with the build up to the move. On the day the guys were on time and quick with everything completed ahead of schedule.

They were very good with contact and scheduling before we moved and even dropped off some boxes and wrapping before hand so we could start packing. Professional team and everything was moved perfectly. Competitive price. Would use them again.

The initial service provided by Movesouq was great as they cut out alot of the time consuming telephone work that would normally be required. they recommend Interem who were equally fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. A great experience from what is normally a very traumatic time.

The moving team arrived well on time and was perfectly organized. They packed up everything with great care and co-ordination. On a stressful day, their professionalism and reliability made things a lot easier for ourselves. Since it was a local move, there was a possibility to get it all done in one day and they did. Everything was set up in our new two bed room apartment as they worked some overtime. Again, great performance. I hired them based on reviews although they were a bit more expensive. I can only say that Interem is well worth the money as they gave me piece of mind on that stressful day.

Everything went fine. Except that they were in a hurry maybe because it was Ramadan. They mentioned that they will finish the move in 2 days which they did. They send four people on the first day to do the packing, but they did not finished it. So on the 2nd day to complete the service, they had to send 6 people. One of my kid's bed was not dismantled so when they reach the new location it got damaged a bit. If they would have taken the bed apart, it could have been fine. I guess, they needed a couple more people, so everything would be packed and dismantled properly. They also had to do 4 trips because they had to use small trucks.

My friend has suggested me this company and I believed her. I did not go wrong. The move took three days: a day for packing, moving and unpacking. There is no such a definition, as a perfect move - there were couple of things here and there that we had to manage, but they were minor and normal for every move. Overall I was happy.

I seize this opportunity to express my appreciation to both Interem and Tigers Mobility, for their services rendered in ensuring my door to door cargo handling from Dubai to Manila. I would like to place on record my appreciation of the excellent services rendered by Interem for our recent move from Dubai to Bangalore. Interem is a very cordial, responsible and responsive organisation. Interem's services throughout from the first meeting till the final delivery and unpacking at our residence in Bangalore were professional, efficient and effective. More importantly they displayed a high sense of customer sensitivity and a customer friendly approach which is very rare these days to find. Appointing Interem was the best thing we did as they took full care and completely relieved us from the tensions and pressures of relocating while guiding us throughout with vital tips and suggestions. The packing and handling thereof was so nicely done that there was no breakage or damage during the transit and whilst unpacking and re-fixing of items. Interem's is a complete door to door package at a very economical price. Our container took only 8 days to reach Bangalore visa Kochi which must be a record. All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with Interem and I would have no hesitation to recommend them. My belongings were packed and are being moved to Chennai India from Dubai. The whole process was seamless. My school was able to pay them directly and the estimate was given quickly and very professionally. The men came on time and packed everything with care. All boxes were labeled and numbered. Highly recommend this company.

We are very impressed with their service – starting from the survey which was followed by a very good assessment of the effort and time required. The quote was reasonable and competitive. Response to any query was quick and well detailed. The shifting crew was well trained and hard working. The team leader was professional and supervised the team well. The packing and unpacking was done in a very efficient and systematic manner. The only improvement area would be potentially scheduling more or bigger trucks so that number of trips and time to shift all boxes from one location to the other is cut down. We had booked a hotel apartment opposite our new residence so we were fine with the delay but if someone expected to live in the new house from day 1 it would have been a big problem given the boxes were being unloaded till 7pm and we had to request for extension of time allowed from building management. No unpacking was possible on that day. Overall we had a good experience and I will be glad to recommend Interem to any potential clients and also sure to use them again for my future moves.

It was pretty smooth. They did most of the packing, and other services without us telling them. Everything was delivered on time and unpacked. In general the service was good, but wasn't excellent.

The move was fine. On the first day they came with only 1 truck, then the second they came with 2. Then on the last day they got only 1. We agreed that the move will take 3-4 days, but they were able to finish it in 3 days.

I used Interem to move my things to storage; they're still there, but the packing and delivery process went very smoothly.

Initially they were good. They responded quickly and got back to me, but everything else was a disaster. They had promised a lot of things in AUH, such as fixing the curtains and other fixtures. However, these services weren't fulfilled in Dubai. I had to finish the job on my own.

They were excellent. They knew what they were doing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and finished on time.
