I had to transfer clothes, kitchenware and few household items from Bahrain to UK it was completed hassel free because of ISS relocation and employee Manager Mr Githin. Thanks a lot

The overall performance in Sharjah was professional. The unpacking of items in Islamabad by their agents Secouricour was very substandard. Unskilled laborers were provided with no supervisor. After 1st day the laborers left for another client. Only 2 people came the next day and I had to unpack more than 100 of the 250 cases on my own. My insurance claim was also ridiculed and thrown out.

I used this service for an international move with groupage option in March 2019. The Sales consultant Anish was great in explaining everything and detailing the entire process. The shipment reached on time and followed the exact timeline as explained to me by the team. There was minor damage in one of the items and the ISS team resolved and paid the amount through in 7 days. Excellent service.

We used ISS to move locally, we also used them to store all our furniture for a month. To begin with, Anish was our one point of contact, and handled everything very well, and was accessible whenever we needed. Goods were packed with great care, and in perfect condition when it was unpacked. The dates were also very easy to arrange. I would definitely use ISS again if required.
