This is the first time I dealt with MA Movers, the service was very professional and the workers were all experienced.
They reached on time and immediately started dismantling, even the things that I didn’t have time to pack they helped me pack it. They didn’t take even 1 break , although it was Ramadan and they were all fasting. All our furniture and boxes were transported safely.

MA movers were very prompt and very efficient. The move from a 4 bed villa was done in a day and the men came back the next day to unpack the boxes. Some things were mixed up and not logically packed. Nothing broken though. A very reasonable price too.

We booked this company based on previous reviews and the competitive price they offered but unfortunately our experience with them turned into a mess. They took a long time to finish the work and they did not fulfill minimum requirements( washing machine and dishwasher not connected, curtain not installed, printer damaged, etc). Overall I don't recommend this company.

They promised me many things and did not accomplish them in the agreed manner. In addition to the delay and the extreme slow, they promised to finish all work around 6:00 PM but actually they leave us at 10 PM with too many boxes unarranged, they destroyed the bedroom closet and caused a hole in one of the sofas. They did arrange kitchen in the new house, the staff not professional at all.

Though they had to go for two trips because of number of items, we could have dinner at our clean and organized place by 8pm.

Good service. The guys put in a lot of effort. They came on time but because of paper work at Al Reef community office things got delayed for 2 hours. For our 3 bed apartment it took them 7 hours to pack. Then took 5 hours to unpack at our new home. Might have been better to have done it over two days, but the other side is that it was tough but done within the same day. All is well that ends well

The move took more than 13 hours , from 8:15 a.m to 9:45 p.m, the same is around four hours more than the target moving time to complete the whole job excluding one hour and a half as a break time. They had also to come on another day to complete some unfinished work.

They were extremely professional in packing things without even a single scratch, carefully moved fragile items,fixed curtains & wall mounted TV. They arrived on time and worked fast. Neat, careful packing. With the exception of a broken glass, all else delivered & arranged safely. Excellent service!

The packing company called prior to arrival, on time and prompt. The service provider sent 4 members of staff of which were pleasant and polite. All furniture and sentimental items were packed to satisfaction and staff were gentle and considerate whilst handling the items. We were overall very pleased, especially given previous horrific experiences of moving companies of which resulted in damage.

We moved from 2BR to 3BR apartment, the guys were good and organized, the agreement was for packing, moving and assembling, no unpacking.
Everything was going fine specially in assembling the furniture, the only negative point was in setting up the kitchen appliances, this was the last thing they did and they just needed to leave!

They arrived early, were extremely professional and accommodated all of my requests. Curtains and art were hung well and they had a "can-do" attitude all day. The company did a pre-survey before the shifting and gave me the estimated time required to complete the shifting. The team arrived at the pre-agreed time and the shifting was done seamlessly with the least amount of supervision required by me. Overall, I am very pleased with their job.

I had to move a king size bedroom set from baniyas to shamkha, which is less than 10 kms apart. I found MA Movers on movesouq. Their rates were really cheap. I was little doubtful on their quality of service, but they cleared all my doubts with their performance. Their service is much higher then their rates. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ABU DHABI. The movers were really humble, polite and reliable.

We surveyed with 8 companies and when they all started to blur together the representative from MA Movers stood out in the crowd. Not only were they the most affordable of all the companies they delivered everything they offered. The packing was done quickly and carefully and the move was seamless. They put together our new home in a timely manner and we were able to settle in before dinner. I would highly recommend!

Good afternoon. Well MA Movers made all the right moves. They showed up on time to conduct the survey and the actual move itself.
They were very quick, very efficient and very careful (everything made it (unbroken) to its destination).
During the move they had minimal impact on our (old and new) neighbours - which is also always a plus. We moved house in one day - according to schedule. I would recommend this crew again and if I ever have to move again I will definitely be making a call to Mubashar and his team.

"MA movers: Ease In Moving"
I used the moving service of MA movers on 28 Aug. 2015 to move my One BHK. Their response to provide the competitive quote was excellent. I was sceptical as they arrived with a four member crew to shift. From my previous experience with another company it seem to be less.
However, they did their work meticulously and were quick enough to pack. I rate their service good and had recommended to my friends. I would recommend them to any one wishing to use their services.

"All was good until we got to the unpacking! "
Rather than rewrite my comments here is the copy paste from my email to the manager:
"Further to my move I want to bring your attention to a most serious issue. Your team attempted to connect the oven to the power supply in the kitchen 3 or 4 times on Tuesday unsuccessfully, during these attempts they actually overloaded the entire circuits for the villa 3 times. They refused to take guidance from me with regards to the wiring to the point I told them to leave it and that I would source a qualified electrician to do the work instead, I didn't want them to permanently damage the oven (if they hadn't already) or the fuses for the villa. I arranged for an electrician to come who basically looked at the work done by your team and told me I was EXTREMELY lucky to be alive! Your team had basically wired the oven to be live, putting out 220 watts of power directly into me!
Other comments of items I have since found - they packed fragile breakable items at the bottom of boxes with no packing paper or protection and with heavier items on top, they bent items to make them fit into boxes, they broke handles on suitcases and tried to cover it up , they had screws left over from fixing the wardrobe and beds together, from the hall, one of the wall small black wall units the veneer is coming off at the top due to mishandling, there are scratches in the wood on the small steps, there is one of the standard lamps with a misshapen plastic shade due to improper handling and transportation, a bottle of oud perfume from the 2nd bedroom is broken in the packing box."
Additional comments to this are they were only 5 to pack and 4 to unpack, they used a very small truck which meant two trips and I had to push them to unpack as per contract, in fact they didnt unpack much only the furniture pieces I emptied all the boxes!

MA Movers promised us in writing that they will unpack as well which they didn't. They asked me for very few permissions on how to pack things and made a complete mockery of the requests I made.
They provided me a quote which was 25% below anyone else's however the professionalism was at the same level.

MA Movers did a domestic move for me within Abu Dhabi and they did a good job.
Even though I booked at a very last minute, they were very accommodating. First of all, their crew was professional and showed up at the agreed time. Most of the items to be moved were wrapped in blankets very carefully but not all of it was wrapped though.
They used new boxes, and good packing material and I did not notice any additional scratches on my furniture during and after the move and in fact showed the existing damages on the furniture before they wrapped.
They assembled everything where needed to be but did not unpack all the boxes which I had to do myself after they left. Couldn’t be of much help fixing the adapters for lights also but I wouldn’t mind it as I had not requested for any electrical related service when I requested for a quote.
The whole move from start to finish went by without any glitches. Although they are a little more expensive than other movers and also was disheartening to see a partial open truck used for the move but this was justified in the level of service I received.
The team was friendly, careful and quick indeed. Even though this was my first experience with a moving company, I would be happy to recommend MA Movers and will definitely use them again if I need to relocate.
