"Very Disappointing Experience"

They showed me texts that prove a good customer experience, but they didn't the complete job I had to unpack 17 boxes myself it took me 4 days, not capable of doing anything. Once I saw them unprofessional I didn't ask them to do any handyman job, they didn't install my bed properly + they broke a chandelier, work desk, and side lamps & ignored my calls to claim all these damages.
