Fighting among themselves, taking 6 tea breaks, insufficient supply.

Mr.Fahad gave assurance of the best service and professional people. And it was the worst service and a highly unprofessional team. he promised to send 4-5 people but sent 3, of which 2 were handyman and had no clue of packing or unpacking. he said everything well wrapped, packed and loaded carefully. If you want your things to mess up, then use this company. They don’t do what they promise. And once your stuff is in the new house they would do their best to leave early. They don't even put your stuff back as it was. I will never deal with this company especially the guy called Fahad.

Quick movers moved my entire household within Abu Dhabi in 1 day, from 8 am to 9 pm. They came with 2 vans and a crew of 8. They were courteous and careful and worked very hard. They dismantled and re-assembled my large furniture items, and also re installed curtain rails and light fittings. It was amazing how much they achieved in 1 day and I was so happy with their service I gave them large tip.

They called to reschedule the move to another day I was unable to refuse as I needed to give the old place back. On the move day they came with unmarked truck. They took 15 hrs to move 1 bedroom apartment. No TV or shelves were hanged as there was no time to do anymore. The manager kept raising his voice on me in a very rude way. He promised to refill the holes of the TV and shelves but then he asks for extra 400 AED.

General consensus of the move was good with the exception of damage to specific furniture that I mentioned on numerous occasion was very valuable.
The worst part of this was that the movers tried to cover this up without notifying me that they damaged my furniture.
I would not consider using this company again.

The movers were good. Looking back at previous reviews I read about them being professional with not a very good sense of time. I unfortunately was waiting an hour and a half and they were not responsive to my calls.An hour and half later they finally picked up my call and did turn up though it was 8pm. They claimed miscommunication and instead of turning up at 6.30pm thought they could come anytime after 6.30pm. When they arrived they did a good job and delivered to new location on time. Overall I'd say they are good just need to clearly mention your expectations upfront and hold them accountable to it.

My relocation (with a one week temporary storage) from the suburbs of Abu Dhabi to down town Abu Dhabi was a complete nightmare. Everything began with a friendly and professional visit of my place. After that I received a quotation by email. The price was average and the conditions okay, so I decided to assign the job to QMP. At the arranged date they arrived in time and started the packing and transportation of my belongings towards their store. At this point the trouble started. Contrary to the given quotation, they requested the payment at this point. Because of the fact that the written agreement stated that the payment will be after the completion of the full job, I refused to pay. The discussion about this was long, loud and very unfriendly. Finally I paid them 50% of the lump sum.
At the time of moving in, they came in time and finished the process quick. Unfortunately nearly each piece of furniture had damages now, mostly nooks and edges are scratched, glass is broken, light things (like table lamps with fabric cover) where placed at the bottom of boxes, loaded with heavy items on top and therefore dented and unusable now. They stowed, started bottles of liquids headfirst in the moving boxes, with the effect that the liquids run out and messed all content inside the boxes. On my high quality loud speakers they taped very cheap tape with the effect that adhesive residue is still visible. Pictures where broken I had to repair my turntable player and so on.
Directly after the moving in, I was complaining about the issues and asked them to offer me an idea how to compensate my damages. Until today (more than 4 weeks later) I got nothing else than excuses.
Honestly, I never had such a bad experience with a company before.

In the end we unpacked our own boxes because we had had enough. They caused structural damage by drilling the blind fittings into the window frame instead of the ceiling. They also tried to muck us around on price and charge us twice for installing the blinds because they were not able to get it done on the same day. I would not use this company again, nor I would I recommend them to anyone else.

As I did the visit on same day when you make a call that job is going late it's due to not available of your electricity and I bring more guys to finish your job as well.
For blind fitting all blind have different fitting and size so we can't fit on the old holes so that's why my guys make new one.
For boxes I sent my team later on but you told it's ok we can unpack the boxes so there is no reason for complain.
I apologize even if you not happy with us and request you use our services again so we can show you more efficient performance .

They did the job in the 10 hours like they said they would, but most of our furniture was damaged in the process. One of the glass doors on our wardrobe now has a large crack across it, and there are little scratches on the rest of our furniture. The price was the best, though, and the team was professional. They talked to us about the wardrobe door and it was our choice not to pursue the matter. I believe they would have compensated us for it.

They broke a vase and ruined some plants but that is just a minor thing. I was planning on changing the vase anyway, so it didn't matter. I did not even complain to the company. They were very nice.

Terrible, they were late, a lot of damages and broke things. They tried to hide 3 boxes of broken things, they came with a truck half full and had to empty all the things on the driveway which took time. Definitely not going to go with the cheapest quote next time

They were efficient, polite and on time. Although, they didnt pack some of the items well. They didn't use proper bubble wrap, so some of my items broke. A bottle of liquid spilt during the move and spoiled some of my items.

The people were friendly. They did a fine job for everything. However, I had a bit if a problem with them regarding the price. The man on the phone originally quotes 1100 to me but later on they charged me 4000. When I spoke to them about this, they said they had sent 2 trucks. I didn't properly understand why they had charged me double the amount, but at the end after negotiation I paid 1,700.
