The team arrived on time and started the process quickly, By afternoon the shifting of the one-bedroom house was finished. Installed all the furniture (included an oversized TV unit), sofa, electrical equipment, curtains shelves, etc with care and without any damage. Very happy with the service. Selected the cheapest quote, but even that seemed a bad idea once the move started. They told us we will get boxes delivered to us prior to the move(later said they were busy and cant deliver). Move was scheduled to start at 8am(they were late and came at 9:30am). Was told that 4 to 5people will come for the move, only 3 came. Fighting among themselves, taking 6 tea breaks, insufficient supply.

Very slow in moving items keeps in using phone in chitchatting. Lot of broken items broken washing machine button, broken side table and dented refrigerator. One staff even removed his mask many times and had to remind him About covid! Will definitely not recommend this company

Due to time constraint they were not able to arrange drilling in the apartment. I made the payment anyway but I got a call after 2 days and they sent a person to make the holes in the wall. Previously I did take services of one of the major names in the UAE however QMP quote was half of their price with similar level of services in terms of number of ppl deployed and packing to be done.

All those fancy promises stay on their brochures, The staff are nice people but their service is very poor *Not Clean *Not Organized (DUMPS all the stuff into a carton and nearby drawers - did not)assemble *No Planning/ structure (all drilling and roof fixtures are done after laying out furniture. *Packing for the 1st half an hour is solid and then it's only done half a furniture.. had to keep reminding to wrap stuff.

Dealing with the people of this company is nice, but unfortunately, the service provided for moving furniture is not up to any expectation, they damaged and mixed things together and they have broken some of my luggage’s, they are not organized and there work is not that good, my curtains were not fixed properly at all, they had to send another team second day tried to fix but not that good yet.

"over promise and under deliver"

Mr.Fahad gave assurance of the best service and professional people. And it was the worst service and a highly unprofessional team. he promised to send 4-5 people but sent 3, of which 2 were handyman and had no clue of packing or unpacking. he said everything well wrapped, packed and loaded carefully. While these people dumped everything and damaged my stuff. Drilled holes for the curtains and left a mess.

"Good movers, bad salesman"

The movers were really nice and they deserve a 5 star. However, the salesman (Fahad) scammed us. He came to our home and gave us a price after viewing. The price was quite low so we accepted his offer. The day itself he sent a truck that was far too small so movers had to make two trips. Then Fahad made us pay more even tho the quote didn't mention this. Just refuse, he has no right to do so.

When we didn't monitor they just threw all kitchen appliances into the carton without any packaging. Broke three of my kitchen items. Great service, not very flexible with regards to urgency and wants. The guys put a lot of effort and dedication in their job while the fixers and the stapping happens. Even tho they didn't have bubble wrap, saved by us as we had a roll. The storage area is good in size but ventilation can be a problem as some items stored can get damaged without knowledge due to dampness. Overall 3 out of 5.

I’ve waited for sometime after moving and before giving the right feedback. Unfortunately some items even it's minor but it's missing. I thought all items were brought and I was forced to go back to my old apartment to bring. One of the shelves of my library is broken and couldn’t find the missing part. When the washing machine was fixed, the electrical part was not fixed properly and there is more.

The Quick Movers company was easy to work with from start to finish. They offered an affordable rate for the move and provided 10 employees to complete the job in just one day leaving a full day for the carpenters to hang curtains, shelves and frames. I made it clear to this company that my move ( 3 bedroom flat) must be completed by 6 pm and they promised to use 2 trucks. But on the day of the move, they used only one truck. They did not wrap the mattresses properly and did not finish unpacking all my things. They had to leave at 930 pm. I do not know why they do have a good review with Service Market.

Quick movers moved my entire household within Abu Dhabi in 1 day, from 8 am to 9 pm. They came with 2 vans and a crew of 8. They were courteous and careful and worked very hard. They dismantled and re-assembled my large furniture items, and also re installed curtain rails and light fittings. It was amazing how much they achieved in 1 day and I was so happy with their service I gave them large tip.

My task was a little more difficult than the usual hence it was moving between two remote cities from their main destination (Abu Dhabi). They called to reschedule the move to another day I was unable to refuse as I needed to give the old place back. On the move day they came with unmarked truck. They took 15 hrs to move 1 bedroom apartment. No TV or shelves were hanged as there was no time to do anymore. The manager kept raising his voice on me in a very rude way. He promised to refill the holes of the TV and shelves but then he asks for extra 400 AED.

Firstly, I never confirmed with them on the move and they came, putting me in an absolute awkward position with my originally agreed movers.Next, they broke and damaged so many of my items/furniture but attempted to cover up. I confronted the manager but no responsibilities were taken. Never again!

"Not a good experience"

They came with very poor knowledge and disposition to do their job, no uniforms, very smelly, absolutely careless with our belongings. They ruined pictures and posters by throwing them in boxes unwrapped with more stuff on top. It took them 2 days to move a 3 br apartment to another within the same complex. They damaged one bed, broke several things including our mattress and the washing machine.

"Cautious, punctual and fast"

I've written up a review yesterday for my move that everything have progressed smoothly, the guys were cautious and fast until I realized that a carton was missing. Actually the carton have been found at the old flat upon the delivery of the keys. In any case there should have been an inventory registered for the type and number of items during the move to avoid misunderstandings or actual lost packages.

Move: July 2015 General consensus of the move was good with the exception of damage to specific furniture that I mentioned on numerous occasion was very valuable. The worst part of this was that the movers tried to cover this up without notifying me that they damaged my furniture. I would not consider using this company again.

The manager surveyed the house and we agreed on the items to be moved and the price. Moving day came and he jacked up the price as the items were being transported. When questioned, his tone changed and started not saying appropriate things. Will never hire them again

All the bid furniture items were packed with fabric and glass items with paper. When I open the boxes I found not a single items was broken. "Turned up late. Damaged valuables"

They turned up late with half the staff agreed. Took ages to do the work and insisted I bought them lunch and water as they had none. On top if this they took no care with our belongings. Broke some very expensive items (even after telling them the value of it) and ruined old family photos by throwing them in a box and putting heavy items on them. And destroyed our hand made party invites which was very upsetting. When we challenged the manager he came to our place and became very abusive and insulting to the point we had to ask him to leave we felt so threatened

My relocation (with a one week temporary storage) from the suburbs of Abu Dhabi to down town Abu Dhabi was a complete nightmare. Everything began with a friendly and professional visit of my place. After that I received a quotation by email. The price was average and the conditions okay, so I decided to assign the job to QMP. At the arranged date they arrived in time and started the packing and transportation of my belongings towards their store. At this point the trouble started. Contrary to the given quotation, they requested the payment at this point. Because of the fact that the written agreement stated that the payment will be after the completion of the full job, I refused to pay. The discussion about this was long, loud and very unfriendly. Finally I paid them 50% of the lump sum. At the time of moving in, they came in time and finished the process quick. Unfortunately nearly each piece of furniture had damages now, mostly nooks and edges are scratched, glass is broken, light things (like table lamps with fabric cover) where placed at the bottom of boxes, loaded with heavy items on top and therefore dented and unusable now. They stowed, started bottles of liquids headfirst in the moving boxes, with the effect that the liquids run out and messed all content inside the boxes. On my high quality loud speakers they taped very cheap tape with the effect that adhesive residue is still visible. Pictures where broken I had to repair my turntable player and so on. Directly after the moving in, I was complaining about the issues and asked them to offer me an idea how to compensate my damages. Until today (more than 4 weeks later) I got nothing else than excuses. Honestly, I never had such a bad experience with a company before.

"Great Experience"

The movers were good. Looking back at previous reviews I read about them being professional with not a very good sense of time. I unfortunately was waiting an hour and a half and they were not responsive to my calls.An hour and half later they finally picked up my call and did turn up though it was 8pm. They claimed miscommunication and instead of turning up at 6.30pm thought they could come anytime after 6.30pm. When they arrived they did a good job and delivered to new location on time. Overall I'd say they are good just need to clearly mention your expectations upfront and hold them accountable to it.

1) they came 2 hours late 2) you have to check their work all the time as they usually forgot things. 3) due to non proper packing/handling some items were damaged and other items were broken. 4) in spite of the company confirmed an insurance on any damage, the worker said if I deduct any amount the company will take this amount from their salary. 5) the final arrangement of furniture is not tidy/clean. 6) there is no electrician in the staff to do simple wire connection for TV.

They did not arrive on time.They did not pack items/furniture in a neat way.They basically throw all small items in boxes without any organization. In addition to that, most of my furniture has clear damage/scratches, dents after the move. I would prefer to have a rating system within movesouq that would have warned me before I dealt with them.

There was a gap in time in moving from our old place to the new place. They were late for 3 hours and I do not know where they went. I suppose it would only take 15-20 minutes from Motor City to IMPZ. They responded to my calls and assured me that they're on their way. I also understood that they have to take their lunch, but they were still late. This happens to moving in general anyway. Other than that, they were quick in packing and very good in handling the furniture.

"You get what you pay for"

I learned from using this company that you get what you pay for. They were the cheapest which was reflected in the quality of service. 6 movers arrived but 4 left after 2 hours so they were not able to finish on the same day. In the end we unpacked our own boxes because we had had enough. They caused structural damage by drilling the blind fittings into the window frame instead of the ceiling. They also tried to muck us around on price and charge us twice for installing the blinds because they were not able to get it done on the same day. I would not use this company again, nor I would I recommend them to anyone else.

Dear Madam, I wish you be to happy. As I did the visit on same day when you make a call that job is going late it's due to not available of your electricity and I bring more guys to finish your job as well. For blind fitting all blind have different fitting and size so we can't fit on the old holes so that's why my guys make new one. For boxes I sent my team later on but you told it's ok we can unpack the boxes so there is no reason for complain. I apologize even if you not happy with us and request you use our services again so we can show you more efficient performance .

At first, they were really good about calling me back, very fast and provided me the lowest price. During the move, they came on time, but the move itself was below my expectations. They damaged some of the decoration pieces and some kitchen utensils. It was not really worth it. I will not recommend them.

They were fanstastic! They just came, did not ask anything and knew where to start. We just told them what things they should move, had very experienced staff, with proper materials, not even asking any assistance from us. They took everything from small items to taking down the curtains and fixed everything back in the new house just the way it was. To note that it was also during Ramadan but they were not out of energy and there were absolutely no damages or breakages to my furniture

"They certainly are quick...just not very careful"

They did the job in the 10 hours like they said they would, but most of our furniture was damaged in the process. One of the glass doors on our wardrobe now has a large crack across it, and there are little scratches on the rest of our furniture. They also did a bit of damage to our house: some scrapes on the walls/doors...etc The price was the best, though, and the team was professional. They talked to us about the wardrobe door and it was our choice not to pursue the matter. I believe they would have compensated us for it.

Good service from the movers...little slow but all were fasting (during ramadan) so it's understandable. Team arrived @ 10AM (while i asked for apointment @11AM) but it's better this way than having to wait for them! Good service overall although there were no unpacking at delivery location and we had to take care of that.

Not happy at all from this service and it was the worse ever!! below some issues: 1. Lots of Plates broken. 2. Spices and Sugar loose inside the carton. 3. My DSLR Camera was under everything in the carton. 4. One of the Gas eyes is not working after the moving. 5. Dint on the fridge 6. they didn't fit the gas cylinder correctly, (Gas was leaking while we were at home) !!!! it was going to kill us. 7. Throwing the garden chairs on the floor & on each other. 8. Router and my pen with the kitchen access. 9. They mixed some electronics with the shampoo and it was totally wet!!

The people were friendly. They did a fine job for everything. However, I had a bit if a problem with them regarding the price. The man on the phone originally quotes 1100 to me but later on they charged me 4000. When I spoke to them about this, they said they had sent 2 trucks. I didn't properly understand why they had charged me double the amount, but at the end after negotiation I paid 1,700.
