We used the services of RM movers to shift from Mohamed Bin Zayed City to Khalifa City. The crew arrived early in the morning and started packing very efficiently. They had to do several trips to transport our things and did so with a smile. Overall, the crew members were professional and did a good job. We did get a few broken items along the way, so more care should be exercised.

"Watch for unpacking "

These guys are good workers and they work hard to get the job done. Packing everything went well, and the transport saw no damage. However, I would recommend that you remove the protective plastic wrap from the delicate furniture yourself because the workers used a razor blade and accidentally cut into the leather on my couch and chair. Other than that, the move was fine.

"Excellent crew but need better planning "

The move was over two days. The crew showed up on time and a very good job of packing. The following day, Wednesday, they did the move however few items could not finish and it was 11 pm on Wednesday. The manager said a person will show up on Friday pm. On Friday we were told Sat AM. When no one showed up we had to call multiple times and finally, the person showed up and did finish the job.

The worst movie I have ever had. Very bad service. Rude staff. Packing didn’t meet the agreement I had with the service market. I have chosen the middle package and service provided for the lower package. The very lazy staff it took them from 9 am till 9 pm to finish packing knowing that I have a two bedroom flat only! At 1:15 am I had to ask them to come the next day to finish unpacking and reassemble!

"Missing Items & delay in transport"

We were waiting for more than 2 hours with packed boxes and items for the driver who was supposed to take our stuff over to AUH. Moreover, on reaching AUH, my set of bowls, saucers, and a few more kitchen items which were valuable gifts went missing. The movers remembered packing it, but had no clue where it was. Really disappointed!!

I moved more than 4times with different company but like this poor service I never see it before with this company.They keep all my stuff in the street whiting for their truck because they cannot provide 2 trucks imagine that are shifting 2 bedroom apartment with one. And the problem they came for visit before send me quotation and they keep promise me with good service. Worst company ever

"Service not up to the standard as promised "

The representative was at the apartment to do the survey. I asked specifically about our clothes ( dresses and suits) they said it would be put in a hanging box closet to avoid creases and folding. Glassware and China ware to be wrapped in bubble wrap and the paper to avoid breakage, painting to be done in one day, holes on the walls to be fixed and painted. Basically none of it was done as agreed.
