Messaged a few minutes before the appointment that they'd be 30 minutes late. When I asked 45 minutes later I asked what was going on and they said to wait another 3 minutes. 10 minutes after that another 5 minutes. Canceled the booking, then sent them away when they arrived any way. I can understand a small delay if it is communicated honestly and properly. This is far from relaxing at all.
