It was my first experience with this company. They arrived on time. They did a very good job. I got rid of cockroaches due to SMG's professional team. I will recommend it for everyone. Thank you so much SMG you are really professional.

I will give 5* to SMG pest control. They are very professional. They arrived on time, do inspection and advise the needful things to do. I did pest control with different companies but nothing happen. As I booked SMG from service market, They do excellent treatment and I get rid of roaches. Thanks SMG team

Within the 3-month warranty, we still see cockroaches even if we have daily cleaning service in the office. A week before our warranty expires, I called the Manager to arrange for a follow up service, under warranty for the week after since it's our only availability. He AGREED since it's pre-arranged but a day before the schedule, he REFUSED and said its no longer covered meaning we need to pay.

They collected AED 150 with the promised that cockroaches will be finished, it did not work. They visit again but still situation is the same, now they are recommending another service with additional AED 350. How can we believe that after collecting AED 350 problem will be resolved? Now we already hand over AED 150 to them so we were trapped either to give them additional money or forget the AED 150.

I never saw such a poor quality service in my life. The very same day of spray done by SMG, we found cockroaches running here and there. Although SMG confirmed that within six months time if we see any cockroaches, we can call them but i realised that it is useless to call them and waste time.

They were very good & friendly too.

They have given proper information about the process they will do,they came for inspection and it was very good.first treatment was very good,I have a yearly contract with them, so far so good. Prices are okay because they are based on market prices.

Proper uniform, professional & punctual team. It would be an added advantage if they have a female cleaner in their team.

Had to find a pest control company to capture a mouse late at night. They dispatched immediately and did not insist on a contract. They captured the mouse, placed traps and performed other pest control services. In addition to that, they came the following morning and placed additional traps and inspections. I have worked in the facilities industry over 10 years and I rate them high.
