My water heater died on me on a Friday, flooding my bathroom in the process. They came within 2 hours and replaced the water heater. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Leaked under the kitchen sink. The ‘plumber’ said, through their boss on the phone as they didn’t speak any English, that I needed a new trap. They replaced it for a high call out + materials fee, however that didn’t fix the issue whatsoever. Now I have found out myself that the problem is with a faulty dishwasher valve but they wouldn’t reply to my messages at all. I feel robbed. Avoid!

I paid 2.500 AED for advance payment. They could not deliver the required parts and did not do any work, so I requested a refund. They are not willing to return the advance payment, because of "cashflow issues" and the "authorized signature being abroad" all of the time. Being a landlord, I had signed 2 separate annual maintenance contacts with this company. All I can say is I deeply regret it. Evidence shows from both tenants' feedback right after the first preventive maintenance. One of the tenants did not want their service ever again and I had to cancel the AMC. Communication has been disastrous. I had to raise complain to DED. still no money back whatsoever

"Space Mix Team Failed To Solve Basic Airflow Problem In Our Central A/C"
Space Mix asked us to change Compressor & PC Board which was not required. Shardul, Nikhil & their Accountant have cheated us and to date are not refunding AED 4,460 advance paid on 18 July 20. Heartless Space Mix team has not returned part taken from our Central A/c unit in July to date leaving us to suffer the summer heat in our bedroom.

Please avoid them at all costs. Their modus operandi is to sign up people for their AMC and then they never honor any of the services promised in the contract at all. My one year contract is about to finish and they haven’t shown up for even one preventive maintenance. What makes this worse is that they marked a fully paid job as preventive maintenance in their record.

When removing the ac grill as expected some of the paint chipped, they were happy to paint it over after it was done since I had the paint available. The customer service person was a nice guy, but not clear with the issue. He did not explain the cost of soft or coil cleaning. The price agreed became an issue due to the misunderstanding and him not being clear. The technician who did the coil cleaning eventually was an expert and I am happy with the service. Just be clear if you want soft or coil cleaning with Space Mix.

Asked for deep cleaning of the A/c in a 1 bedroom apartment. They cleaned almost everything what they said they will clean but the walls around the A/C grill has to be painted. Dirty fingerprints all over. They tried to clean after we pointed out to them but it got even worse, now its smudged dirt all around on a freshly painted wall. Not everything from the quote was cleaned also. Wouldnt recommend.
