My water heater died on me on a Friday, flooding my bathroom in the process. They came within 2 hours and replaced the water heater. The staff were friendly and helpful.

"Rubbish"

Leaked under the kitchen sink. The ‘plumber’ said, through their boss on the phone as they didn’t speak any English, that I needed a new trap. They replaced it for a high call out + materials fee, however that didn’t fix the issue whatsoever. Now I have found out myself that the problem is with a faulty dishwasher valve but they wouldn’t reply to my messages at all. I feel robbed. Avoid!

"They Ran Away With Advance Payment"

I paid 2.500 AED for advance payment. They could not deliver the required parts and did not do any work, so I requested a refund. They are not willing to return the advance payment, because of "cashflow issues" and the "authorized signature being abroad" all of the time. Now I am getting ignored completely, so they stole my advance payment.

"An absolute joke"

This company promised great things but I have been repeatedly let down by them. As a result, I have been without ac in one bedroom for the entire summer. I have been promised a solution too many times to count. I have asked on numerous occasions for the service s I have paid for, and keep bing promised a call back.

This company was referred by a friend & I did not tell him that I asked a quote for AC Cleaning in my apt as I want to check if what he was saying is true. Indeed, knowing that I am very particular w/ the AC especially during this COVID, but this team (Raza) had shown the photo of inside vent is so dirty despite that the grill is clean. So they cleaned all the AC. This team deserves my review! Tnx

"Stay away from this company"

Being a landlord, I had signed 2 separate annual maintenance contacts with this company. All I can say is I deeply regret it. Evidence shows from both tenants' feedback right after the first preventive maintenance. One of the tenants did not want their service ever again and I had to cancel the AMC. Communication has been disastrous. I had to raise complain to DED. still no money back whatsoever

"Space Mix Team Failed To Solve Basic Airflow Problem In Our Central A/C"

Space Mix asked us to change Compressor & PC Board which was not required. Shardul, Nikhil & their Accountant have cheated us and to date are not refunding AED 4,460 advance paid on 18 July 20. Heartless Space Mix team has not returned part taken from our Central A/c unit in July to date leaving us to suffer the summer heat in our bedroom.

"They don’t honor the contract and are a nightmare to deal with. "

Please avoid them at all costs. Their modus operandi is to sign up people for their AMC and then they never honor any of the services promised in the contract at all. My one year contract is about to finish and they haven’t shown up for even one preventive maintenance. What makes this worse is that they marked a fully paid job as preventive maintenance in their record.

The team of Space Mix Technical Services was (Mr. Altamash and a colleague) was very professional. They were on time, had good communication skills, explained everything and they worked fast but clean with a very good result, covered furniture as required, and kept me posted through Whatsapp with photos/videos about the progress. Excellent service and good value for money.

"Worst booking experience ever!"

This company promises a date and time, then cancels at at the last minute! This is only after I called to reconfirm on a Thursday evening for booking on Saturday morning. They did not proactively contact me, in addition, when I told them I'd leave a review, I was threatened with legal action! terrible experience and ordeal...I'd keep away from this company!

Great, communication was great, organising was easy.. their guys showed up early! The job was done in about an hour and twenty minutes ... tiny mishap with a hole being drilled in the wrong place, but thankfully it was easily covered. Will be asking them to pain my apartment next. REALLY reasonable prices :)

He managed to send a team early the next morning as per my request by making some adjustment in their schedule. I had ac duct cleaning done at my 2 bedroom apartment. The team arrived on the team, they were very helpful and polite. When removing the ac grill as expected some of the paint chipped, they were happy to paint it over after it was done since I had the paint available. The ac ducts were clean and grills replaced as it was before like new. I am happy with the work.

I have had my ac cleaned by,-I asked them all the questions I had and they assured me they will do a good job because this is what they specialize in, the next day they came cleaned the A/C , but so far my issue with dust is not resolved, I have contacted them again and so far I was ignored, obviously these people don’t care about there costumes.

"Advice to deal with Customer Service personnel at Space Mix"

The customer service person was a nice guy, but not clear with the issue. He did not explain the cost of soft or coil cleaning. The price agreed became an issue due to the misunderstanding and him not being clear. The technician who did the coil cleaning eventually was an expert and I am happy with the service. Just be clear if you want soft or coil cleaning with Space Mix.

"Messy work"

Asked for deep cleaning of the A/c in a 1 bedroom apartment. They cleaned almost everything what they said they will clean but the walls around the A/C grill has to be painted. Dirty fingerprints all over. They tried to clean after we pointed out to them but it got even worse, now its smudged dirt all around on a freshly painted wall. Not everything from the quote was cleaned also. Wouldnt recommend.

TV mounting done was OK. However, while paying through credit card they charged me twice by mistake. This happened 3 weeks ago and I'm still following up for reimbursement of the extra amount taken. They are acting very unprofessionally and keeps saying they will reimburse immediately each time I call and now they stopped answering even my call. Please avoid working with them.
