- Jumeirah Village: 7.9%
- Downtown Dubai and DIFC Area: 7.1%
- Dubai Land: 6.0%
- Emirates Hills (includes Lakes, Meadows, and Springs): 4.9%
- Mirdif, Muhaisnah, Al Warqa, and Al Mishar Area: 4.9%
- Jumeirah Lake Towers: 4.5%
- Palm Jumeirah: 4.4%
- Silicon Oasis and Academic City: 4.0%
- Jebel Ali Village (includes Discovery Gardens, Gardens, etc.): 3.9%
