"Avoid, Lied, and Ghosted"

Used them to move internationally, were assured could handle fragile items but didn’t even use bubble wrap. All valuable items arrived broken, the boxes torn and many items missing, a PC worth 10K broken. Many books are torn, irreplaceable items beyond repair. Lied about what they could handle and have since been ignoring us. Huge waste of money, and now even more to replace all that was damaged or lost.

We packed the items last 22nd of December 2023. Our team did great packing as we have been doing international shipping for a long time now so we have good packing experience with an expert staff. She took the insurance and based on the nature of the policy, she got the total loss insurance approved by Orient Insurance. We sent the insurance company email and draft to her for approval. She checked the insurance draft, read the email twice, and approved it through WhatsApp. The client only gets the claim if they have an insurance policy and we applied the insurance claim on her behalf. Based on her policy she only applied for the TOTAL LOSS insurance. So if there is a 100% lost shipment then the insurance company will process the claim. But her case was just a partial loss and damages, so the claim that we filed with the insurance company was rejected. We did our best to provide her the best service but situations like this are beyond our control.

"Good Experience, Cheaper Than Other Providers"

Had a move from Dubai to Germany. They came to pick up the luggage on time and shipped to Germany all fine. They were cheaper than other providers. Customer support was super fast and always available. My only complaint was that they didn't tell me customs would need to open the luggage and I was taken aback when they asked me for the lock number of my luggage halfway through the travel.

Pros: Reasonable price. Approachable and professional Supervisor. On-time and efficient. Cons: They need to improve on assembling furniture, especially the cabinets. As one of our cabinet doors was improperly assembled All in all, I'm happy with the service and I already recommended them to my friends.

The staff arrived before time , all very courteous and did a good job packing loading and unloading at the new location. The company was flexible in accommodating my requests and also special thanks to the staff who made the extra effort to climb 19 floors as my bed frame would not fit in the lift. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone moving locally .

"Very good service and value for money"

Despite some changes from the original agreement to have at least 7 people and two trucks, they send 6 people and one truck. However the team was very efficient, their supervisor "Rashid" was on top of things send very supportive. They completed the shifting in a very good time and no items were damaged. Highly recommended if you are planning for house shift. Thanks to Mannan for the nice deal :)

The local move was very good. All items were packed as described before during inquiry and delivered without any issues. The packers were very quick with the work. Very much recommended for local moving. All the wall fixtures were also done after going to the destination. One suggestion is if it takes little extra time after 6 some of them are getting restless and becoming rash in handling items
