Very good communication, the packing team was excellent, the overseas team here was also very helpful and things were done in the given time. The delivery team was good however they were not prepared to assemble anything. Luckily I didn't need them. Overall good service.

Excellent support both ends, in particular by Davis and his Filipino packers. Mumbai and Agraval were equally good.

Elite shipping helped with shipping my stuff from Dubai. Mr. Rariachan Davis was in charge of my shipment, he has been very helpful and professional, he also provided good tips on air cargo shipping. Everything reached Toronto safely. I had put my coins collection in one of the cartons which got rejected at customs. Mr Davis couriered it safely to my friends place in Dubai. Wonderful experience.

Well, the only good thing about this company are the movers who packed the items. It goes downhill from here. I was told the process takes on average 45 days + some undefined number of days to load the ship. They got my stuff 28-Nov. They missed loading the ship, they are deceptive, it is 19-Jan and I haven't received anything, and won't receive before 28-Feb. More than 90 days later.

From the first moment I had very good communication, with the personnel and they delivered the service as promised, smoothly without any issues. The while experience was amazing, as they make everything so easy for the customer. Whenever I had a question, they replied promptly. Very much recommend company, and very good prices.

Overall experience with the service was good. The crew did loading and unloading in DXB and BLR have taken good efforts in doing their tasks. Special thanks to Mr. R Davis for the continuous support till end. There were few damages to some of things and I haven't seen any issues with the loading & unloading team so if the were handled carefully in between those damages wouldn't had happened.

From the time of the quote to shipment to my service and demands, Elite provided care and support and helped me and went out of their way. I highly recommend and excellent service.

The operations department needs to improve with their packing. TV must be crated & should be made mandatory. I had glass which was not packed properly with protection. I was lucky that only two pieces broke. Overall they need to improve the packing. Their agents in Chennai, although very helpful with customs the back office was pathetic. I had to chase so many times to get customs invoice.

I am pleased to inform that my container arrived in good condition and all the items were intact. Shipment delayed over 3 months, no one was able to give ETA claiming the were not completed the container. Then their partner at destination tried to do the same to deliver items, I have been following up and complaining for months until finally I received my items, items received damaged, glassware and brand new microwave was broken in pieces and outer carton is damaged.

In Malta the service was second to none as well Chris and Clint and the rest of the team ensured it was a stress-free process. Everything went fine, except for the long wait with Portuguese customs (4-5 weeks). The home delivery was very good and the workers did a great job helping us get everything to the right place. We still have a few boxes to unpack, but so far I am quite happy that our things were packed well for the transfer. Thanks for helping through the move.

We did receive the cargo in the expected time frame so was very pleased. Your team on the day of moving was very good and efficient and the packing of our goods was done very well. I was impressed how you got everything fitted into the container and considering the hot weather you guys did well. However, I was not not happy with the removalist here. They did a good job overall except for the piano. They actually damaged a corner which I didn't notice until the next day after further inspection. So I would suggest you not use them if your client has a piano to move as it will mostly be damaged by this company. Best of luck to you and the company for the future.

I shipped 12 CBM with Elite shipping from Ajman-UAE to Toronto-Canada. This company was recommended to me by Service Market.com with several others. I did my homework and gathered information and had several representative from other companies visiting me at home and head about the way they do business and how my items will be taken care of. All this process was new to me, and I heard a lot of promises. I'm glad that I chose Elite shipping not only that they offer me a good price,the packing team was excellent and efficient. All my items arrived as they were originally packed with no missing and no damages. Surprisingly, my kitchen items (dishes, glasses and vulnerable items were o.k especially my 65'' curved T.V). Very satisfied; my items reached Toronto as I was told "On Time", and Elite gave me a special bounce by storing my items for one week without cost in Mississauga because items arrived two weeks before my arrival. Many thanks to the packaging team for handling my items, Service Market and to Mr. Manjurath for the follow-up and being proactive.

In general, we were very pleased with the quality of work. I have written the positives and some areas of improvement: Positives: 1. Dubai team had good leadership. Mark's team was well organized, fast and came well prepared. 2. Overall, the cycle time of the process was well within expectation- perhaps faster than we expected, so, no complaints here. Job well done. 3. Except a few minor h 3. Except a few minor hiccups, items made it here in good shape, so, packing quality was good. 4. SG team was very proactive and found a way to move us in as quickly as possible. Quality of moving in and unpacking was good in general. Improvements: 1. Labeling of boxes and packing sheet did not match - this caused issues for the SG team and for us as well to know where the boxes should go. 2. SG team could have checked back on picking remaining boxes after the day of the move - most customers need this - we had to spend 2 hours one night getting several items out of the house. 3. Label boxes with a bit more attention - for two similar tables we have, it was hard to figure out which legs went to which table. Also, we felt very positive with the level of attention and customer focus you personally showed. Most sales/BD contact points disappear after the sale - you were available and tried to fit our specific needs into the quote - this made us choose Elite over several other competitive offers.

I can report that my move to South Africa took place flawlessly, on time and without any damage. In addition to that, I found your customer service and interaction with me to be helpful and courteous.

I am happy with the service rendered by Elite Shipping in moving my personal effects from UAE to India. The service was professional at your end and also the delivery side in Chennai except i was not happy with the lack of transparency about the charges that was paid to the customs and the additional charges i had to bear at the end. I had requested for the proof of the CD paid and the additional charges from your agents in Chennai which is still awaited. Otherwise all went well and thank you for your assistance and professional support.

We shipped our belongings to the UK with elite & we were really impressed with their service. Mr Manjunath was professional and very friendly. The team packed everything efficiently and effectively. They did it in record time. Everything was labeled and clearly listed. our shipment reached in the time they promised & delivered with no damage. The company delayed the shipment by 45 days during departure; misrepresented unpacking details in the destination country and also gave wrong details about time taken for clearance in destination country. I am also still clarifying issues with wrong estimation of volume with the company. The sales rep was courteous but overall a very disappointing experience. I will be forced to escalate further and seek compensation if the company does not respond properly very soon.

Suffice it to say you were exemplary in customer service. You engaged us from the very beginning with a concern for our overall service, and not just another sale to be entered in the "got cha" column. You warned us about unscrupulous vendors, worked with us on the closing price, met our demand of door to door sealed container delivery, sent an expert team of packers with an ace crew captain (shout out to Mark) who made miracles happen when it came to making sure everything fit. If anyone is moving within UAE or abroad, I highly recommend using Elite International Movers L.L.C. , Dubai. I have hired them to pack and move my whole house to two destinations (Canada & Sudan) and they did a marvelous job.
